I'm happy with the computer thus far (I just bought it today). But upon opening the box I found that the rear ports were misaligned, meaning I had to loosen and adjust the motherboard to use them. I think many users would have needed to exchange the unit, which is a pain.

Comp is solid. Two lights were out but popping off back panel just needed to plug them in. Solid computer.

Do NOT waste your money with this purchase. I purchased this “super computer” so that I would no longer have issues in gaming from lagging, crashing, freezing, etc. I spent a month doing research on different PCs, performances, and quality. I read the reviews for this one and it was 4.7 stars so almost all were positive. Looked for any reviews that were bad which were of none that were concerning. After only having this PC for a week, it will sometimes perform fine but then it will randomly disconnect from internet, say its disconnected when its clearly connected, says “no internet” when connected, or my wifi doesn't pop up. Nothing loads and if it does, it will take at least an hour just to load a simple google page. As you can assume, any other webpage would not load. It has worsened every day and I cannot do anything because now it doesn't work 95% of the time. I thought maybe its the wifi, but its not. I have the most expensive, quality router and fastest internet speed. I even connected an ethernet cable and still it did not work. It is definitely not my internet because everyone can use it with no problems. My laptop can even use it without problems and its 5 years old. Even with nobody using wifi except myself, there is still issues. I called this company and they told me to reset my entire system as in, delete EVERYTHING and all my downloads. That only worsened it even more!! I spent almost $2,000 on a brand new computer that doesn't even work properly, when in reality, it should perform better than any other computer. I thought I could give thhis a chance but the return only lasts 30 days and the return time just ended the other day. Unbelievably frustrated and angry.

Easy to set up. Packaged great . Plug and play. I’ve had it about 3 weeks now. No problems.
