Doesn't work as advertised out of box

Used the Asrock program and I still can't get it to work. Not troubleshooting a machine is the main reason I purchased a pre-built machine. The whole idea is someone else does all of this. Over all very disappointed. this would have been the 3rd Ibuypower machine I've purchased from Best Buy.
