I wanted to like this computer

Memory and Hard Drive are low quality at best. Some USB ports do not work and half of the included RGB keyboard stopped working. That was just too much for me to deal with for 1800 dollars. Returning to store.

You should have total service protection for the 2 years you paid for, not 2 times only. No wonder they call it geek squad for a bunch of geeks. Sorry but that’s how I feel after being treated the way I’ve been treated.
