    i just recently got this and everytime I play call of duty and it reach 70 in gpu temp, the screen freeze. and the cooling is not good

    This PC is actual hot garbage. Major lagging on EVERYTHING. want to open file explorer. stuttering. Want to play youtube, stuttering. Want to do anything on this machine, stuttering. Its literally doing it while im typing. this entire sentence has not loaded in yet. Im not fixing any typos in that sentence. Literally while I was typing stuttering it just stopped showing anything and that entire last sentence I typed and it just did not show up. My custom built rig I made in 2015 blows this thing out of the water. Will probs be pulling the graphics card out and putting it into my old machine. Thoguth this would make a good upgrade. its made a good paper weight. Dont do it, go to newegg right now and just find a good a solid build guide and make one. Only reason I didnt is because I was moving and I wanted a new computer while I was working on my old one still. Just typing in this review I saw stuttering so insane at least 5 times. Mouse tracking across the screen slowly, Its doing it AGAIN. Everyting after Screen SL is NOT LOADING. ITS ALL THE TIME WITH THIS PAPERWEIGHT.

    Returned it, it stopped working after about a week. There was an internal issue, got a store credit reimbursement cause it was cheaper than to get it fixed. Cool if its what you can afford, but be cautious of breaks. In store credit from best buy was nice though.

    When it new everything good. Not even 2 years later, the computer constantly shuts off. It’s useless. Google search about issue is saying it’s a common thing with the power supply. Plenty of negative reviews about the problem. Let’s see what this is going to cost now.

    I don’t know if it was just this computer but it wouldn’t boot up for me I do not suggest getting this pc

    Bought this for my son's birthday he loves playing fortnite and streaming. The first the mic ports didn't work. Exchange it the second started crashing about 10 times a day.The only program on the computer was fortnite. Good thing bestbuy let you return it for 15 days. The guy there said they have a lot of problems with this PC. Do not recommend.

    I just purchased this computer a few hours and go and followed the very simple directions to install all the comp. to each slot. I booted the computer the 1st time and everything powered on but I didn't get signal to my monitor. So I powered down the tower and checked the cable connection.(I also purchased a brand new RocketFish Ultra HD 4k HDMI cable and tried my old HDMI and got the same result.) Then tried the 2nd HDMI Slot on my monitor and still no signal. Again the tower powered up and all the lights look like they where working but no signal. I then redid the HDMI one last time to the 1st slot in the monitor and I got a loading screen for about 5 seconds and then I lose signal. My monitor has a warning message when I lose connection/signal. Ive tried booting It a couple more times and it loses signal at the same point each time, about 5 - 7 seconds into the machine trying to boot for my 1st time. Anyone run into this issue at all?

      We're sorry to hear you're having issues with getting your display to show. First, please make sure that you are plugging in the monitor to the graphics card and not the motherboard. Second, if you have been plugging it in to the motherboard, we recommend trying to plug in a different display to double check, as this could be an issue with the monitor.     If I only knew how awful their customer support was, I never would have bought. PC locks up at random times and has the chance to restart on its own. Waited on hold for over an hour until I gave up. I say no just because of the POOR customer support. (NONE)

    The CPU watercooler broke in mine after a 14 months of owning it. Watercooler block is fixed in place with locktite, so repair is almost impossible. PC rendered useless without a way of cooling the CPU.

    Purhcased this PC in April of 2020. Had an amazing experience with it, however, my liquid cooler failed in November. Getting Ibuypower to send me a new cooler was easy enough, but it took 3 weeks due to a backup @ Fedex due to the pandemic.

    Since I have had the CPU since January 1999. It has been taken in three-time for service by Geek Squad, first the scanner disk and next for monitor disconnect which both time no issue could be found.

    Two RBG lights no working, exchanged, it still had one light no working, usb cannot be inserted,because they are in the wrong spot, and can't start the windows. ibuypower looks good,but poor installations, ibuypower started selling without checking. Bad experiences, Waste time and energy.

    18 months after purchasing, issues with startup, loading, lag, then finally, crashing. Geek Squad says the SSD is failing, total of $250 to fix. Would NOT recommend.

    Purchased the IBUYPOWER Gaming Desktop on 17 August 2020. It is now 3 March 2022, The computer was crashing and running poorly. I took it into Best Buy Geek Squad for service. They reported the cooling system had ruptured at some point and sprayed the interior of the computer with coolant. It will require the replacement of, at least, the motherboard and the graphics card. The manufacturers warranty is only good for one year. Don't buy from IBUYPOWER.

    Just picked up PC, set everything up and loaded GeForce experience, and I happen to see that I received a 2070 Super instead of the advertised 2080 Super. I am beside myself. Don't know if it is Best Buy's fault or iBUYPOWER's. I hope someone can make it right.

    so i had to order this pc twice. the first time the box was right but the computer that was inside the box was your 1200 dollar model NOT the 1800 dollar model.. so i had to take that back and order another one. when the second arrived, one of the rgb fans is out and the program for controlling the fans rgb, is either corrupted or just out right busted. not sure because of the pandemic i cannot go into the store. if any person sees this it would be awesome if someone could get back to me on this problem and lmk what i can do to remedy my issue. thank you in advance!

      Sometimes fans will come out of the box not working due to loose connections from shipping. You can contact our tech support at 888-618-6040 with help for getting the fan working again. As for the RGB software, the program does not belong to us, so you would have to contact the software owner which is usually the motherboard manufacturer. ibp-AW
