Bought this assuming that the money i spent would buy me a WORKING PC. It blue screened 10 seconds after startup and continues to blue screen with various errors even after all drivers were updated. Had help from multiple IT buddies and found many hardware error codes and issues. I did not buy this to drive an hour to return and wait another week for a new one. I would not buy this as you can build your own PC and ensure that it works when you run it.

after i click wrong items and system not allow me to cancel, when i called they told me need to wait and need return. it waiting my time a lot. what is going on with BestBuy system now. ?

Do not buy this pc!! I bought this pc about a year and a half ago and it is awful. I have had so many problems with it. The ram died in it about 8 months in so I had to replace those. I constantly get the blue screen of death. I’m writing this review while in a constant loop of blue screen of death telling me critical process died. I regret buying this pc so much I wish I would’ve just built my own.

box says : i7 9700k......not true its actually a i7 9700F which is much worse. box says: geforce rtx 2080 super.....its not its a 2070 super

I purchased this system for my son. He was so excited and when we powered it on...zilch...nothing... We called tech support and they only answer Monday to Friday 9-5. Not good. We called and were told to leave our number and we would receive a call back, we were 3rd in line. I’m still waiting for that call back....

Purchased this PC during tax free weekend. Returned it the very next day. The PC wouldn’t turn on. Spent over 2 hours watching videos and troubleshooting. I was planning on getting an exchange, but was told I’d have to pay an additional $65 because it’s no longer tax free weekend. Long story short, I returned for full refund and I will look else where for my first gaming PC.

I bought this PC hoping I would have great results as the specs are pretty decent. I constantly have issues with it losing signal to a second monitor or freezing. Geeksquad hasnt been any help as they want me to pay for fixes or send it in. They also wont do anything as they have made me go right to iBuypower because they are the manufacturer. I have replaced the GPU and MOBO and still no success.

Havent even had this machine for 2 years and everytime I play a game on it it randomly shuts down, ive tried updating drivers, looking up troubleshooting tips to only find that its probably a serious hardware malfunction. And the only way to test to see exactly what part it is is to have extra parts on hand, (graphics card, psu, etc.) Would not recommend.

Got constant BSODs when gaming. I wasted a ton of time trying to figure out the problem, updating drivers, reinstalling Windows etc but in the end figured I'd just return it. The whole reason you buy a prebuilt is to avoid these types of headaches. Will never be purchasing from IBUYPOWER again.

I may have received a lemon but I noticed that this system is overheating and stalling at certain times depending on which game i have runnnig. The aesthetics look good and everything is beautifully designed but I may have to return this item.

Didn’t have mouse included as indicated. Only one of the ram slots worked and until I figured this out There was no display on the monitor. After I figured out the ram issue, it wouldn’t boot because the hdd wasn’t even installed which I assume has the OS. Overall not to happy with the poor quality of the build. Definitely making a trip into the store for an exchange.

I like the pc BUT the pc is not responding correctly my frames are dorpping its not responding to my samsung monitor correctly the response time is not at full capacity i even swithed monitors to my other computer to see if it would make a difference still same thing happens slow response and frams drop and does'nt respond to my other monitor

3 months after purchase pc no longer detects boot drive. Best buy will not offer any warranty support and we were told "good luck" fixing it ourselves from the geek squad. Shipping to manufacturer is a little over 150 dollars so if something goes wrong expect 0 assistance from BestBuy and a costly shipping fee that will not be reimbursed.

Cooling unit went out within a year of purchase. Processors going 40C to 100C+ within 60 seconds of gameplay when the cooling unit seized. Still waiting on the replacement under manufacturer warranty. They seem to be dragging their feet.

Already needs repair. Opened on Christmas 2020 and it's been issue after issue. Instore rep assured me any common pc monitor would be compatible, not the case as it has to be an hdmi monitor. Then, it comes with a CD for setup BUT NO CD DRIVE to use it... the problems go on

When I use this computer, it often reboots. He could only play some very low-level games, and the 3A masterpiece would not work at all, the graphics card would be hot, and then restart.

I paid 2000 for a computer that I've hardly used since I got extremely busy after I bought it and it completely failed I put my pin on then the screen just blinks not happy I've never been more angry in my life I will be returning and getting my money back it's sitting in the box now

Bought it and the lights weren't shinning and had issues. Brought it back and returned for another one. Second one was worst because in a week we got error message. Brought it back and we switched it out for an Alienware and paid the difference. BEST SWITCH EVER!

This computer lasted about 6 months. When we called Ibuypower tech support, you cannot get through. After 3 hours on hold, someone came on and then promptly hung up. Unfortunately, gaming computers with hardware issues are not eligible for Bestbuy total tech support.

I purchased this computer to be able to teach online (I am a NYC DOE teacher) and for my gaming needs. For the first month it worked well...now after not turning it on for about a month it does not boot up. I would not recommend purchasing this item.
