I Finally got this bad boy after thinking about it for a month Aesthetics are amazing in this, fair mouse and keyboard, good and not so noisy fans kept cool so far the hottest it's gotten is about 60c FPS as good as I would've expected for this computer, mine came with an MSI GPU which I am happy for, such a bummer was that I had to buy an Ethernet cable because the router couldn't get enough signal strength to connect to WiFi, Minecraft runs smooth in this thing obviously, I got this with an Acer Predator 240hz G-Sync 27 inches, it is good so far hadn't had no noticeable problems yet, I still haven't tried Ray Tracing but soon enough I will took shorter than expected to buy it at the store, I would definitely recommend this to any buyer it has good performance and for its price it's fair I would say to buy a second hdd or another ssd, but this is an amazing produce very happy to buy it!

Good graphics, Easy set up, Comes with everything you need to know, People say parts inside aren't right on their pcs but if you know what youre looking at everything is right. Ran this on stress tests did really good steady frames, no screen tears. Ran Fortnite 240 fps on high frames with no problems at all.

I have bought this computer a year ago and it is already having problems. There is no support for this computer from BestBuy. I am very dissappointed with this product.

Had to return and exchange four times, everytime there was physical damage and all unusable, never buy this. I got all my money back and will never try them again.

Didn't come with a keyboard, computer didn't last a year. Ibuypower didnt ever answer customer service or emails. Terrible computer don't waste your money.

Purchased this PC for my husband and it was defective with a flawed cooling system. Ended up trading in for different PC after only having it not even a week.

I recently bought this PC when it was on sale for Black Friday and I cannot believe how good it runs. I mainly play fortnite but I played a couple other games too and they all ran very smooth. In fortnite i get a consistent 240 fps playing on almost all low settings but the quality is great and honestly even if it wasnt on sale i would still buy it. it also comes with a keyboard and mouse, this is good because i never had one since I play on controller and I only had a laptop before this. This PC is a 10/10 for me and I would recommend it to anybody even if your a casual gamer or a hardcare gamer.

This PC is pretty much worth the price. The RTX 2080 Super sells for around $1,000 and this PC made it cheaper. It may be a prebuilt but you can get some great specs out of it and 100FPS on ultra in most games! I would recommend buying this computer when it is in stock. My old computer had the Core i5 and GTX 1050Ti and only lasted about a month before slowing down. I've owned this for a few weeks with a few of my favorite games and still no slow down! I do recommend buying more RAM sometime. But this pc is over all great!

This computer has it all performance, looks, quietness. I am coming From a gaming laptop which I was not happy about because it would run hot all the time which is understandable because of the slim casing, but it also lacked in performance when it comes to games. This PC had it all! The hardware that come with is Fantastic. It comes with a MSI 2080 Super Graphics card which runs games without a problem also it runs cool while you play on ultra which is a plus.Overall this computer is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Gaming pc!

As a gamer, had a 10 years old asus gaming laptop. switching to this desktop was a great experience. everything is runs so smoothly no lag and what so ever. easy to setup. if you ever run into those RGB lighting problem open the right panel on the tower, unscrew the screws in the back, sometimes those lighting wires are loose and don't show lighting, but overall im very satisfied.

Microsoft window kept crashing ram failure malfunction

I did a lot of research of pre built pc and build ur own pc. And I’m so glad I went with ibuypower for my first owned pc. I had my parents pc but this is my 1st owned pc and I couldn’t ask for a better pc. This computer is very fast, very quiet, and played games on it and runs very smoothly and had the pc for 2 weeks now. I luv this pc and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Okay, So I must start by thanking BestBuy for allowing me to return a defective Alienware Aurora R9 2080 super model after several months due to covid holding me back from being able to return it in the standard return period, After returning for store credit I was looking at getting a different high end gaming desktop and low and behold I came across this Ibuypower Desktop, Same specs as the Alienware except instead of a standard i7 9700, it has a i7 9700k that is also liquid cooled. Everything else from the Ram to Storage to the Gpu are technically the same specs as the Alienware Aurora R9, At first I thought that the IBP was defective as it was As quiet as a mouse while gaming and the Alienware sounded like a Jet was powering up to launch down the runway under the same circumstances, but no, Its just that IBP is making superior Desktops with exceptional hardware and Great cooling in mind. Its a Gorgeous Machine and it genuinely looks like they didn't take any shortcuts. I'm a little over a week into owning my new IBP Desktop and I absolutely love it. I can honestly say that ALL of my Future Desktop Purchases WILL be from IBUYPOWER!!! Thank You IBUYPOWER! And Thank You Best Buy!! Love you both!

Great purchase! This PC is amazing and can run any game without a problem. I am glad I upgraded! Everything runs so smooth and the graphics are stunning. Unboxing and setup was a breeze. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great PC. Might end up buying 2 more for my kids! Oh, and not to mention, it's super pretty with the programmable LEDs on everything.

I'll just skip the lead up and get right to the pros and the cons Pros: The motherboard and power supply are of good quality ( ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 75-IB, 650 watt gold plus power supply, the brand of power supply seems to vary depending upon what's available) The cable management is decent but a little sloppy The case is sturdy and is pretty good to look at, there are no big logos anywhere. It's also pretty easy to open up, just remove 2 thumbscrews on the sides of both panels No major issues with performance except for what will be mentioned in the cons Practically no bloatware The free shipping was extremely fast, it took only 5 days Cons: The airflow in the case is pretty bad, either that or the case fans just suck, so it gets really loud, really fast The included keyboard and mouse are meh, but that's to be expected The closed loop water cooler for the CPU is just barely adequate, so there's really no chance of you overclocking, despite both the motherboard and the processor supporting it The SSD is sub par There seems to be no longer any support for the motherboard by ASRock, so that means no new bios updates. I honestly have no clue what's going on here. I looked through several reddit and forum posts discussing it and no one had found anything In summary, the PC that I received is leagues better than many other prebuilts on the market, and only really cuts corners when it comes to cooling.

Best gaming PC ever. High quality Graphics and Smooth gameplay. Love how quick the PC starts up and how easy it is to sign and load up a game with music playing on Spotify or quickly opening up Photoshop, FL Studio, C4D, UE5, ETC

Great pc runs any game with ease I won’t ever need to buy a new one. Any parts can easily be replaced with the very good setup the pc has. It still runs great and I’ve only cleaned it once and it still ran fine after sitting in a dusty garage for a year.

Hubby seems to love it with his VR setup. It’s fast and graphic card seems to render enough power for his games. The build seems a bit shoddy however. Two of the USB are not functional on the top of the tower due to lineup of build. That’s okay as it has enough USB ports on the back for what he needs. Happy hubby happy life.

Best Buy and iBUYPOWER provided me with my first computer upgrade in over 10 years. I am very happy with the easy setup and overall specs of the PC I purchased. I would recommend anyone who needs a solid gaming PC for a good price to look their way.
