On the positive, finding a build similar at this price point is unheard of. but upon further examination you begin to see where they cut corners, starting with the mother board which is stripped bare with only one tiny VRM/mosfet heatsink MB component tempuratures get close to 100c and while the motherboard can handle it, this has to hurt longevity of the product. lastly for what ever reason when i went in to the bios the cpu was kneecapped and synched 3.6ghz on all cores in the settings not letting it boost any higher. only after I changed it did I actually see the proper 9700k cpu speed of 3.6 - 4.6 ghz all core boost.....if customer didnt have the know how they would be stuck scratching there head as to why there product isnt performing up to spec.......but even with all that, this is still an impressive price.

Computer is lightweight, fast and liquid cooled! The cost is reasonable considering the graphics card alone is almost half the price. Could use another HDD bay for storage though, and nowhere did I see that it offers a second SSD bay (which is great!). Use drivers from ASRock, not from ibuypower, as I got errors trying to run the Polychrome software.

Amazing product, easy to use, great quality. I used other computers in the past, including Macs, but so far this have been the best one I have used, runs games smoothly, and I am in love with the lights, I can always change the style of it. It is not loud at all, beautiful case, would love if the power cable was longer but the rest is amazing. This product was recommend to me by an absolute angel from Best Buy Aventura, her name is Isabel, she helped me a lot with all of my questions and guided me through the whole process of other parts, she explained all the details in a way that I could understand.

First I like to start off by saying if your considering buying a pre built PC don't waste your time anymore and buy this PC. This is my first PC ever and I love it and can't believe I wasted so much time debating if I should get one or not. Some of my friends tried to convince me to build my own but I decided to go with this one and I' m so glad I did! This PC is fast and runs great! I literally came home plugged it in and boom it was ready for gaming. My buddy, who plays on console, came over and played a couple games on it and he is getting his ibuypower PC in couple weeks. I highly recommend, you won't regret it I promise!

Best purchase of 2020 for me can easily handle any game.

I'd like to start with responding to a view of the reviews that I read. I was initially skeptical of buying this computer, despite strong reviews, because of some concerning reviews, specifically: loose cabling when received and HDMI output not being displayed from the top port. First, when I received the computer and opened the box, I was immediately impressed with the packing. All corners and sides were protected via foam. But, just as importantly, ibuypower now ships there computers with foam inserted into the cavity of the computer. This is extremely helpful to reduce the potential of cabling or other components coming loose. All of my components, fans, etc. were securely plugged in. Second, when inspecting the computer, I noticed that ibuypower now places a sticker over the HDMI port on the back of the computer. The sticker explicitly says to use the HDMI/Displayports down below (attached to the graphics card) and NOT the HDMI output from the top (which is disabled on the motherboard). This sticker was very helpful to head off confusion. Thirdly, ibuypower includes an FAQ and quick setup guide that is right on top of the computer when you open the box. This document walks you through step by step how to open, unpack, and setup the computer with easy to follow language and pictures. These these inclusions that I outlined above should greatly reduce any concerns that were highlighted in some of the reviews, and in my opinion, illustrates that ibuypower heard the concerns and took steps to correct them. This deserves a thumbs up in my book. Now, as for the quality and performance of the computer. I have been very impressed with the speed and performance. Truthfully, I've only had it 2 days and have not spent a great deal of time with it. But I've run a few new releases through it at the highest settings, and it has performed as expected. I don't expect any issues; in fact, I am very happy and pleased with the purchase. If anything changes, I will update. But buyers should not be worried when purchasing this computer. It is a beast and it appears that ibuypower has taken proper steps to mitigate any issues.

I was in need of an upgrade. I wanted something powerful to play games on and also last me a while. I was thinking of building one, but I decided to pull the trigger on this. I could not be happier. All the parts are high quality and well put together. Games are running great. I checked to see if it was cheaper to build a PC myself, and with similar parts, it actually ended up being around the same price. With this, I had the convenience of having it prebuilt. I bought this on Black Friday weekend so it was a great price. Highly recommend.

I can't complain at all and i already knew what i was getting. I could have built one. It's currently the best priced 2080 Super computer gaming comp you can get. Even over Microcenter currently. It came with a back lit keyboard and mouse as advertised but they're of course cheap and you'll need to upgrade which you already know if you're spending this much money. I didn't see a remote to control the lights inside the case but got a manual for it and the zipped bag it came in was halfway unzipped so i plan on talking to best buy about that and getting one. Tedious but i want it all lol. The box and tape looked untouched though and i didn't get it shipped anywhere so i have no worries in that regard. It's also the best looking 2080 Super setup best buy has to offer. It's easy on the eyes. You could stare at it for hours. You'll get plenty of compliments. I missed the sale price during the holiday season on the 2070 Super version of this same setup. It still sold out at the best buys within 250 miles of me open-boxed or not and they were the only ones to offer it. At that point i chose the Asus 2080 gaming pc over the Alienware Aurora R9. I returned it for this iBUYPOWER for a little more and this with a 2080 Super. It's a freaking steal. You get the most for the money. These iBUYPOWER models with this particular look have the highest ratings as well. C'MON MAN! Pros: Everything Easy to set up 2080 Super Liquid Cooled 4 fans Superb ventilation even with tempered glass. So quiet that it's almost silent. 1TB Hard drive and 480GB solid state hard drive Cons: For me?...none dude.

The pc never gave me problem .. still running excellent

This unit is a huge upgrade from what i built back in 2009 (i know...about 10 years ago, of course it would be better). After running few benchmark tests, i can say running the unit on high/ultra graphics i have had no problems (yet). I did have to open the case to plug the led cables for the fans. You may have to cut the cable ties as i did to figure out which cable that is. I also added an additional fan over the RAMs for additional cooling. After playing around in the bios to set fans to max speed and fast boot mode, this pc is ready to handle anything.

Fortunately: This PC is very powerful and awesome. I love it to bits. I was able to run GTA V on max settings and over 110 FPS. I was also able to run Battlefield V on max settings with ray tracing and get about 90 to 100 FPS. Unfortunately: The only issue I had was that the RGB on the top front-facing fan went out and I was never able to get it back. Total: All in all very cool gaming computer and I would recommend it to a friend 100%.

Just an awful PC. I wish I could go back and tell myself not to buy this PC. Had issue with it off the bat but didn’t think about returning it till it was too late. PC was really bad quality, not quality parts at all. Has issues with freezing and shutting down randomly while gaming which I see is a common issue. Power supply plug is loose and if you even touch your pc it will turn off, that’s how sensitive the power supply is. Fan that It game with is awful and dosent cool anything down and the pc is so crammed good luck upgrading the fan. IBUYPOWER need to change their name to IBUYGARB. Save yourself the time and money.

With the original PC, the back USB ports were not accessible because the back plate partially covered them up. So I had to exchange it. The the replacement had a defective case fan. As for the 3rd PC, it runs great! It's better than I hoped for.

Has plowed through everything over tried with it. I'm not too incredibly hard on it, but it typically runs Call of Duty Modern Warfare in 4k ( rendered and actually display in 4k) at maximum settings typically above 100 fps. Feels like a quality pc, so far would recommend for anyone who wants to future proof for gaming ( obviously reasonably, not like 20 years or anything)

Was decent for 1080 gaming. I was a heavy mmorpg gamer so the pc had been on almost everyday for 10hrs+. After a couple years the tempered glass literally shattered from the heat and the cpu cooler failed as well. Had to buy replacements. The keyboard and mouse are made of cheap plastic that’s coated in some material that comes off easy. I’d stay away from using them. I wouldn’t say the value was worth at the time.

I wanted to buy parts to custom build a pc but a very friendly employee helped me out and recommended this system not only did this have better parts than what i was originally going to get but also saved a lot of money since it was at a big discount. It runs all my games at high settings and have not experienced any problems with it.

This was the first gaming PC and I'm very happy with my choice. The set up was very simple and I was playing games in no time. The performance on this PC is amazing with 200 fps on a Modern Warfare on high settings. All I can say is this purchase is worth and I would highly recommend to others.

This PC seems super fast and highly capable. It has more than enough power, memory and video capability to play any games that I have at least. It is also super quiet. It quickly boots because of the SSD. There is plenty of storage already but there is plenty of space inside to add more. Highly recommended.

Awesome system, blazing fast, great design. Keyboard and mouse that came with it isn’t great, but usable. RGB fans didn’t work initially, but that was a really small fix; the rgb connectors got loose, just had to plug them back in. Only get it its on sale for $1499, though. getting it then is a great value.

My brother and I bought this same pc in 2018. After 2 years, his computer turned off and fans boost full speed. After 4 years for me I had the same exact issue. On top of that, the AIO cooler is just bad quality and has many air bubbles with a mini popcorn-like sound. My cpu overheats and our gpus turn off display. I contacted GIGABYTE about the issue and none of their solutions fixed it. It could be the PSU, GPU, cables or even cpu voltage allocation... The overall part quality and lifespan is just bad. It seems many people with this exact build have the same issues.
