So far, this thing has been amazing, compared to my old PC. I can now connect to 5g internet, and the customizable LEDs add a great touch. Setup was super easy as well, and I had no trouble, except for what seemed to be a bit of grey paint on my motherboard, which doesn't seem to be affecting the performance. Overall, a great steal from the black friday sale.

Was decent for 1080 gaming. I was a heavy mmorpg gamer so the pc had been on almost everyday for 10hrs+. After a couple years the tempered glass literally shattered from the heat and the cpu cooler failed as well. Had to buy replacements. The keyboard and mouse are made of cheap plastic that’s coated in some material that comes off easy. I’d stay away from using them. I wouldn’t say the value was worth at the time.

Build quality looked really good right out of the box. All wiring was tidy and clean. Aside from a few drivers and windows updates, to be expected, it’s ran flawless from startup. Seems to handle everything I’ve thrown at it so was without hesitation. Very pleased with the purchase.

My father bought this computer for me. I've only had it for three days but already it's the best gaming computer I've ever had. So fast, can run all my games on ultra settings smoothly. I could go on and on, but it would take too long lol. You won't regret getting this rig!

My brother and I bought this same pc in 2018. After 2 years, his computer turned off and fans boost full speed. After 4 years for me I had the same exact issue. On top of that, the AIO cooler is just bad quality and has many air bubbles with a mini popcorn-like sound. My cpu overheats and our gpus turn off display. I contacted GIGABYTE about the issue and none of their solutions fixed it. It could be the PSU, GPU, cables or even cpu voltage allocation... The overall part quality and lifespan is just bad. It seems many people with this exact build have the same issues.

I purchased a desktop computer from Bestbuy and even on idle it was extremely louder and the specs were less than this computer (i7-9700, 1660Ti). I returned and it and with a recommendation from a friend purchased the iBuyPower BB973. The computer's specs are much higher and doing regular every day things, the computer is still silent. Running games and doing video editing it does get a little louder but that's just normal. So far no issues at all. Replaced the keyboard with another one and added an m.2 ssd. Now I have way more than enough storage and it is nice to organize with different hard drives. The only con I would say which is really not a con is the drivers. As custom built computers, the drivers are all over the place. I tried installing a new windows version on the m.2 hard drive and spend over an hour trying to get the drivers. Eventually, I just copied the OS to the new hard drive which was identical and had the drivers.

I purchased this PC a week ago to replace my 11 yr old HP desktop. Quick and easy from unpacking to turn on. Takes less than 15 seconds to load. So far everything works fast and smooth. Fan lights are a nice touch. So far just a pleasant experience, hope it continues.

I bought this system on Black friday 2019, The system has proven to perform as expected and can run any game at 1080p resolution with 140+ frames easily. The only issue that i had with the device was the SSD that was faulty but i got it replaced by the company as requested after they reviewed the system.

I get this pc a couple a days a go and this is a monster, before i have a 1070 and I decide to get a new pc with the 2080 super and this is amazing is really quiet, playing cod mw with raytracing 150+ Fps I really recommend this pc, i hope u get it!

Got this pc back in July and its been running as smoothly as the day I got it. Its a pretty decent price for the hardware inside, and I have recommended it as one of the better pre-builts on the market to several people.

I bought this PC a week ago and It has been nothing but great so far. To start the intake fans are SUPER quiet and the processor runs very smoothly. I get 140 fps on Minecraft, 100 on COD, and 115 on Rainbow6. Great pc 100% recommend.

I went from a crappy laptop to this and it feels like anew world, I can finally run all the games I always wanted to play without issues and can have fun doing so! Its been a blast and the price is really nice as well!

Just bought this today and picked up at the store . Good gaming rig , no issue at all . make sure to update your drivers before you play for better performance and the gpu is actually a good shot here since its rtx 2080 super .

I bought the PC a few days ago, it runs games amazingly with 0 lag. The only 2 complaints I do have, is that twice my game has froze and a computer restart was needed, and the Wi-Fi isn’t so strong in it even with the antennas on. They seem to be very loose when attached. But overall, for the price, it’s an excellent PC, it can run ARK at epic settings and maintain 60fps

Just purchased the iBuyPower BB973 and love it. Easy to install, migrate programs. The NVIDIA RTX 2080 Super dedicated graphics card easily handles all 3 of my monitors. Highly recommend.

I bought this PC 11/29/2019. When I booted it up, only two of the fans lit up. I opened it up and two of the fans weren't fully plugged in. Worked great, but after six months, a loud crackling sound was coming from inside of the computer. Turns out the pump for the water cooler went bad so I replaced it with a Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix. Now I am having troubles with constant black screening when loading up games even though I have upgraded with an M.2 1tb SSD. I read online and only one person has said that this has a Channel Well 650W 80plus gold power supply, but when I put this computers specs into any psu calculator it says that the minimum should be 750w, but nowhere in the description tells you what power supply this thing has. Cable management was so so. I got this computer when I didn't really know anything about computers and at the time it was a pretty good value for the price considering the gpu and cpu. I am an extremely busy guy working 85-90 hours a week so it sucks when I try to game with the little free time I have and I end up just raging because my computer won't work. If I had more time I would reach out and see what the warranty is like at this point. I am only here to see if anyone else is having these issues and it looks like the water cooler crackling is common, but it looks like not too many people know that it is the cooler pump. What power supply should I get?

Excellent pc for the price, saves you the time and trouble of building your own. Runs most of my games at 120fps as well as runs fusion 360 with out crashing.

I have had this computer for about 3-4 months now. It has been amazing for performance. I play Fortnite mostly and with low settings in a normal match I can get 200+ frames and in creative I can get 400+. The computer has amazing LED. The keyboard that came with it is really good for a membrane keyboard and I used it for quite a while before getting a new keyboard. I have not used the mouse as much because I have another that I have used for a while. I have loved this Computer so much and it is worth it if you are wanting to buy an amazing quality computer.

This is a really well assembled PC and the Black Friday deal offers a sweet sweet price as well. Also, the motherboard is a z390 chipset. Which is really good as it is the latest.Overall, this is a brilliant product
