Power supply works but it is at 600w and only a 80 plus so its a really cheap power supply with the liwest efficiency rating. I bought this item in September and received it in October. No fault from best buy. The first one was sent to best buy but came broken and the second one tookalit longer but came better packaged. Its a dice roll on what brand graphics card u gonna get when ur purchasing from best buy. It would be great if we can build custom through best buy! Overall its a good computer just didnt like the cheap power supply...

Most of the components were off brand and that is okay because it was stated in the description. However, this computer ran very hot and the fans were very loud. For a computer listed at $3400 I expected better. The cable management was terrible and looked as though it had been thrown together last minute. The Power Supply was non-modular which was the main reason for the poor cable management. Overall, the build quality was cheap and the craftsmanship was very poor. I returned this computer and will never be able to honestly recommend iBuyPower after this experience. I built my own PC after returning this PC (7/29/2018) and it is fantastic. It is quiet and runs very cool. The cable management was incredibly easy to do. I used all name-brand components and came out well below the list price of iBuyPower's comparable products. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS iBUYPOWER COMPUTER.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Owned this model for 3 months after my first high end IBuypower tower unit power power supply died a month after purchase. Now 3 months after my second purchase my second tower unit has also failed, again likely due to the 600W power supply failing. Ibuypower really needs to spring for a 1000W 80 plus gold rated or higher power supply unit even if it adds $200 to the price tag. You shouldn't be running a 32 GB DDR4 RAM a Nvidia 1080 TI & Intel i9 7900x on a cheap 600W PSU. Cannot recommend Ibuypower until the cheap PSU issue is resolved.
