The good news: It booted up and worked just fine. Most importantly, it came with a working 3090 Gigabyte RTX OC. It only took about 10 days to receive it. The bad news: It does not have "custom liquid cooling". It's advertised to come with ibuypower's Element CL. But instead comes with a Ibuypower AIO 240mm cooler. Which is fine for the 10900k but it's not what was advertised. The video card has a loud coil whine. I've already had a couple crashes while gaming. Not listed in the specs: It comes with a High Power 800 watt power supply. The motherboard is a Asus Z490-P. The ram is Micron E die. I would have bought this item even it was advertised with its AIO cooler. Im just disappointed that it was advertised as having Element CL custom liquid cooling. If your only goal is to find yourself a 3090 then this should be work for you. At the time of this review they are unavailable everywhere unless you want to spend $3200 on ebay. So as of today this is awesome value. If I can figure out the issue I'm having with the game crashes I'd be happy to give this product 4 stars.

Poor experience I was so excited to be able to order an ibuypower hardline CL custom liquid cooled system with an i9-10900K cpu and 3090 gpu for $3099.99. When I received it, I felt like I was given the good ol bait and switch. I relied on Best Buy and ibuypower to deliver what I paid for and they both failed me. What I received instead was: i. Supposed to be a hardline custom liquid (CL) cooling system. Instead received a traditional 240mm liquid cooled AIO. It was not a custom liquid cooled as the specifications have listed (Best Buy removed all language of the hardline CL after received noted the lack of custom liquid cooled system). ii. Supposed to be an i9-10900K with igpu. Instead received an i9-10900KF which has no iGPU and usually is a price difference of $50-$100. The igpu would be handy if the video card ever breaks or if I wanted to not use the dedicated video card. iii. Supposed to receive a keyboard and mouse. Instead I received NOTHING. I asked Best Buy if I could receive one from them considering I spent $3100 with them and they told me they wouldn’t give me one and to instead return the whole system. In this gpu shortage, no way. I emailed ibuypower and no response. A phone call, no one picks up. Anyways, once I set up the PC and borrowed a keyboard/mouse from my work PC, I would get random reboots. It happened once a day and sometimes 5x in an hour so after a week of confusion I decided to update the motherboard bios and the reboots went away. An average consumer would probably return the system—I almost did until the bios update. Don’t gift this system to your grandma. The good things are I have an i9 cpu that’s lightly overclocked for gaming, an MSI Gaming X Trio 3090, and I installed aftermarket ram and manually tuned it to get me anywhere from 170 to 270 fps in Warzone. As a gamer who has no chance at defeating bots when buying the newest Nvidia video cards, my only choice is to keep the system as-is. Terrible. Best Buy and ibuypower don’t care, they have my money already.

Good: -Comes with the best CPU made in the past 5 years. -GPU was the Gaming X Trio. -Decent tier motherboard Bad: -RAM, PSU are no-name brands -I would not trust the water cooler; I swapped to an air unit just in case -Case should come with more fans Ugly: -Included mouse and keyboard are a bit off. Id rather have the option of saving $20-40

Love it, quiet, fast and at a great price! Easy to setup and was ready to go in 10 min. ready to mine Ether. It's been 4 weeks and has not once crashed or given me any problems. Good luck finding another tower like this with a RTX 3090 at this price.

Had it for a little over a year and it just randomly shuts off. Replaced the AIO liquid cooler with a normal one since the customer support for IBUYPOWER was no help and still having issues. Spent 3K and am going to have to get it looked at.

My computer has an MSI 3090 . Very pleased . It has a WD 1 tb in the M.2 slot above the video card . Using WD dashboard it appears to be running a little warm .It has an Asus motherboard . This is the second iBuypower I have purchased . The first unit still works well & is dependable . I had trouble activating Windows , ended up calling Microsoft to get it straitened out .Several things I will do that will void warranty . Ad a heatsink on the M.2 , a second hard drive & an expansion card for USB . I did not receive a keyboard and mouse . Looking online they may be available in about 6 weeks . I feel like I won the lottery !Thank you very much Best Buy !

Good build. Price is high but that has become the norm due to gpu shortage. So far it's working well. Could use better ventilation. Only issue is a couple of the USB slots in the back are misaligned and unusable.

First of all mine came damaged and may have been a customer return. I was not willing to return the item given the scarcity of the components, so I made it work. One of the usb headers was broken but luckily the motherboard has two. Second, heat will be an issue if pushing the machine hard. The case included one 140mm fan in the front, two 120mm rgb fans on the aio loop, and one 120mm for rear exhaust. I ended up leaving the side panel off to battle heat issues with the graphics card. Overall an excellent machine with great specs. Customer service seems to be very helpful and willing to assist with the damages parts. I will update my review once I receive a replacement.

I purchased two of these when they came back in stock (one for myself and one for my nephew). I was so excited to open and use it, but unfortunately the excitement wore off pretty soon. There were 3 issues with my build. 1. Upon first powering on, the PC made a horrible grinding noise that appeared to be coming from the PSU. I could never confirm. It eventually turned off on its own and rebooted. It did this one more time then hasn't since. 2. Anytime the GPU is used heavily it reboots. At first I thought it was the PSU, but after checking GPU-Z, the memory was >105C within 1-2 minutes of benchmarking. I haven't confirmed it's only the GPU, but everything points to that being the issue. I have reached out to the manufacturer for help, but we will see if that goes anywhere. BestBuy has simply asked me to return the device which is something I do not want to do. 3. This might seem petty, but the pc specifically states an i9-10900K is included, but mine shipped with an i9-10900KF, so I cannot properly confirm whether the GPU is the problem. There is a price difference between the two CPUs so it's disappointing. Plus IGPU's are useful when troubleshooting situations that I'm in. I will update if IBUYPOWER is able to resolve any of my issues or if I simply have to return it. I'm hesitant to open the other one now.

Good to have a 3090 but it had a false advertisement because it said it had element water cooling so I bought it. They then changed the description and took out the water cooled element part.

Computer was resetting every time had to go into bios and activate xmr after that worked fine

The config in this pc is picked right for gaming.. The rainbow colored fans / mouse / keyboard / gpu looks awesome. The transparent case adds to the beauty. It works flawlessly at max settings.

Awesome deal. Well built. Parts matched each other well. 80+ gold power supply. Did come with a KF cpu and not K which isnt too big of a deal but it is technically not the same.

Pc turns on fine has good FPS but shuts down after minutes of gaming

Mine came DOA. They keep putting me on hold and hanging up on me after being on hold for hours. Filing a dispute with my bank.
