I was excited when I first picked this up. I saw a lot of potential for expansion and it was replacing my 6 year old laptop. But after the first hour, it was troubleshooting misery. I set it up and began Windows updates, but then at restart it would just stay on the black screen. The LED on the motherboard remained a solid white light. I tried everything. Switched out 3 display cables, tried all the display/HDMI ports, and tried two different monitors. It didn't fix it. I unplugged the graphics card and used the integrated graphics. It booted fine. I installed all Windows updates, installed all drivers for the amd graphics card, updated bios, tried recommended bios settings, checked to make sure graphics card was defaulted too in display settings... Factory reset and tried all over again... I gave up and called geek squad.. They told me to return/exchange it. Was very disheartened by the experience.

Games kept crashing or freezing right at start up. Fans sounded like a jet plane as soon as you turn it on and worst when you’re trying to play any games.

My son enjoyes his pc for gaming and work very much great bye

Don’t buy it only work for one year and the warranty is only a year too.

do not work at all keeps freezing and have to reset still same problem I am sorry I buy that pc its horrible the and I have to keep shutting down the wrong way multiple times I hit ctrl shift del that do not help and it frees too I think that is the worst pc I had buy in my life Best Buy going have to do someing I am sorry I not buy a alien pc I am sorry I had to give it one star if it was up to me no stars at all do your home work in buying a pc or maybe I just buy a lemon if Best Buy can do someing maybe in the future I can give it a better comments I see what Best Buy can do

Power supply burnt out in a month. Best Buy took back luckily. Would not recommend. I don’t do reviews, but I did for this one…It was that bad.

When we first got this PC it went fairly well, with no errors in sight. Conveniently just after the return window ended, an error that is commonplace with AMD began happening, and now any time a game is launched it crashes within seconds. Now I’m no computer expert, but I have put in an entires day efforts and the absolute maximum I can get it to consistently run is just Minecraft, and even that has some issues. So no, I would not recommend this unless you have more knowledge about what you’re doing I guess.

The amd adrenaline drivers crash every game unless you download a older version which then makes the game run in 30 fps or lower

Once you get a couple of games (2) downloaded its EXTREMELY SLOWWWWW

Horrible PC - all it does is crash, the worst purchase of my life! Don't get stuck like I did and waste ur time and energy on this dogwater build

Can’t run games properly, bought it twice can’t run fortnite. Updated my drivers and everything just poorly if you have the money to spend for this pc go buy a pc with an 4060 not AMD.

Computer would boot up and then freeze . Had to uninstall and reinstall programs multiple times . Wasted time buying and having to bring it back .

Terrible, wouldn't power on. Customer service kept telling me to try different power outlets
