I'm very happy to have purchased this as my first ever PC. If you want to play anything extensive you'll have to buy a new graphics card, but there's plenty of room for upgrading and the rest of the computer runs like a charm. The extra components are a lot sturdier than I expected and setting it up was super easy and exciting. I felt like a kid on Christmas when I opened it up for the first time. I've had it for almost two years now and there hasn't been any change in quality of performance.

First, the computer came a few days late... not that big of a deal. Second, I unboxed the computer to find that whoever built the machine didn't secure the hard drive properly, so it was loose in the case. I'm surprised it didn't break the glass side of the case during shipping. So, I thought, no big deal and screwed it into the bracket and attached the bracket to the inside of the case where it should have been. However, I turned it on, and the hard drive didn't work. Not a big surprise there. So I immediately called tech support at iBuyPower, and they issued me a code to enter to get an RMA to make a parts switch. I did as instructed online, and it said that it could take a day or two to issue the RMA, so I waited. Nothing. I finally bought a new drive myself and installed it so I can use the machine. The machine works fine now that I bought and installed a hard drive myself, but I'm still waiting for my RMA to replace the faulty one, AND FOR iBuyPower TO MAKE GOOD on the replacement. I will revise my rating if they do. This has been a huge hassle for me, and I am SUPER disappointed at this point with iBuyPower. Also, there was a card that came with the computer that said if I register the machine, I would get a gift of some sort. So I did. I entered my information along with the purchase and computer serial number. I submitted the form online, and it went to a "Thanks for registering" screen w/ no further instructions on how to get a gift. I don't expect a gift when I register a product, but if you say I am going to get one, then I do.

I didn’t get the deluxe mode for this brand because I wasn’t sure how good it was. I wish I had though. Still may upgrade. Its very fast

Perfect for the adult or teen into high end video games

This PC is amazingly fast, quite, and powerful. I noticed it right out of the box. Not to mention you would be able to tune it with the Asus motherboard it comes with. 100 percent would recommend for anybody. Very well built PC.

The desktop itself is significantly faster than the old one I used to use and it's given me no problems so far. It works well on gaming and not. The RGB feature makes this desktop a nice clean looking piece. Customer service was helpful with all the questions I had about my new desktop, and explained clearly so I could understand it well. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and think it's great for someone who can't spend the thousands on a super fancy system.

I love this pc, fast reliable, everything I was looking for. Only negative thing about it, is you'll definitely need to install a graphics card, playing anything with 4k graphics, even with the settings at their lowest, overclocks. Other then that, I believe it was worth every penny.

I recommend this pc for anyone who wants something to use for games. I have had no trouble with this pc
