Processor froze a few days after purchasing. We exchanged it for a different PC.

It won’t look up any WiFi networks, did I misunderstand what next generation wireless connectivity meant?

Great mid level computer, bought it to play WoW and Fortnite which it plays both games on ultra 100+ FPS without a single issue. Mouse and keyboard are nice for a gaming beginner. Great computer and for the price you just can’t beat it

I had to return this brand of computer 2 times. both units completely died after less then a day of running. turned out the ram was faulty, but after driving an hour 1 way for the 2nd time I paid an extra $80 to get a different brand. Their customer service department at iBuypower was less then helpful as well.

Only had it 2 weeks and it crashed. Junk!!!! No good might as well throw it away.

i bought this as an upgrade from my previous pc, and while it was a great upgrade the road their wasn't easy, the first slate i got worked for a few days and parts inside were good, but turned out to be defective and was missing an rgb controller, so when i sent it i got a new one it was while works just as well, has problems with occasional problems, as the new ram in this one was a DOWNGRADE, from the previous pc, and had no heat spreader, and was much cheaper in quality, causing it to occasionally seize up, the thumb screws on one side were mangled and glued to the case, and still no rgb, and the audio jacks are a bit broken so my mic barley works, unless i borrow my brothers usb adapter but at least it works, so i guess ill leave it at that cause it at this point caused me too much trouble, but from what i've heard this next to never happens so i still will highly recommend it i can get 30fps on all my games at 1080p highest settings, when your just starting out, it is all you need, and for a great price too!

Bought this computer for my cousin and its already broken within 2 months and my cousin has to send it personally to the company that made it because Bestbuy does not want to take it in to fix it.

Had to replace my last tower recently and Best Buy had given me the opportunity to scout out other towers. So far, this one is a major step up and right off the bat has had less problems then my previous rig. It runs as smoothly as I could hope for and plays what I'm willing to throw at it. The only things I really dislike about it is the lack of lighting inside the PC itself and the mouse being a little wonky (though this is most likely a faulty one). Definitely worth the price.

I can't express enough how much of an awesome deal this computer is! I bought this model yesterday to replace an old Athlon rig that wasn't keeping up with the new expansion for World of Warcraft. With my budget being limited, I knew this machine would run better than my old one I really didn't have high expectations for it. I was wrong. This machine far exceeds my expectations! Straight out of the box and without making adjustments it will naturally run World of Warcraft on 7 (High). You can raise the settings to 8 (High / almost Ultra) and not have issues. If you set WoW to 9 you'll start having issues when grouping. I'm stunned! Again, this is an incredible value! My spouse is "teh jeals". I'm going back to buy another one for her today! Seriously, if need to upgrade your old computer and are a Warcraft player, ignore the forums dogging this machine and telling you to build your own. This machine is definitely gtg! :)

Fast loads, quick responses, nice sleek look. Easy to navigate. Still learning pc. But loving it so far.

I bought this computer yesterday and it's held up to and has exceeded all of my expectations - it can run Overwatch on nearly all high settings with a consistent 60 fps. It can run GTA V with 100+ fps, and it can handle extreme shaders on Minecraft at a solid 60/58 fps. If you're into gaming, this is a great machine to start off with. My only complaint would be that the inside of the case is rather dark, but that doesn't impact performance.

I recently bought this desktop to start doing streams and it’s amazing, and also to get into Pc gaming! This is actually my first gaming desktop and it’s actually a good start! It didn’t brought the LED/RGB remote but I’ll try to contact IBuyPower to see what they can do for me. As for the rest, everything arrived perfectly fine, computer is running amazingly too. Would recommend this computer for anyone who is starting to get into gaming pc or even doing streams!

This PC is a great machine to use for just about any game you can think of, not to mention the speed it can handle. The mind blowing part is that it blows cold air! I am very satisfied with my purchase.

If you're on a budget and need a gaming PC, this is the best option out there. The graphics are flawless plus the setup was easy and I was able to start playing within 20 mins of it arriving.

runs everything, csgo on 300 fps, league on 350fps, pubg at 150-200, etc. Amazing for the price.

This is a great entry level gaming PC for someone who doesn't know much about PC components. It runs just about any game you through at it at high settings at 60 fps. Its perfect for someone looking for a good PC and just wants to plug and play. Does everything you need without even breaking a sweat. Its also really quiet even while gaming. Its really really good, 100% would recommend.
