Well I had no idea that my build could start having problems 1 month from buying. There were times when I was playing games that it froze and it shut down by itself. Around 5 days ago it froze again and it didn't shut itself off but i saw the CPU and dram lights were on the mobo. Meaning there was something going on with the ram/cpu. I tried just turning it off and on a couple times but it kept doing the same thing. I decided to take out the rams and test each stick.... I got the PC to work but I'm for sure not buying a pre built again. Returned it 2 days ago with the extended holiday return policy. I bought a pre built to save me the hassle of assembling 3 rd one on my own but it looks like they cheap out on the most needed parts.

When i bought this pc it stated it had a 850w psu, turns out like orhers have stated, it has a 750w psu. Best Buy clearly went in and edited the spec sheet to now show 750w psu. But i have screen shots showing when i bought this pc 2 weeks ago, it stated it had an 850w psu. Called Best Buy and they said best they could do is 10% off on my next purchase lol.

Hello there!
We apologize for the confusion here. We recognize there was an error made in this product listing initially and that the PSU was intended as a 750 Watt, not an 850 Watt. However, a 750-Watt power supply is sufficient for this desktop and its PC components.
If you're ever experiencing PC issues relating to the power supply (or in general), please reach out to manufacturer support and they will assist quickly.

Specs say it has an 850 watt psu. Found out after it crashed at least twice a day that they only put a 750 watt psu in

This is an awesome system and was the most bang for your buck during the holiday sale. Both my adult kids systems were long in the tooth (I Built them 10+ years ago) and was looking to upgrade them both. I've always been a system builder, but I couldn't touch this system's price per spec price point. Normally I've been a Nvidia GPU guy for the last 15 years or so, but after doing my research, found the 9070XT got some good rep. They weren't wrong, this system is awesome, and I couldn't build an equivalent for even close to the price point (with ram prices, etc, I was pricing this out at at least 500-600 dollars more). The system arrived in great condition, was packed well, and was easy to get going. I did do the updates manually (Went to actual hardware manufacturer's (ASROCK, etc) to get latest drivers and updates. Anyways long story short, this thing screams, stays cool, is quiet, awesom RGB lighting (You can use the QR Code to get control apps that come with the box, you can also upgrade your ASROCK's light control, or HYTE Nexus Software (I think this is what the QR Code uses for the Hyte Android/iOS app, but I only loaded the desktop apps). NOte the ASROCK app (ASRRGBLED) that came pre-installed wasn't working for me initially, but updating the software (My motherboard is the ASRock B650M-CX R2.0, I used "Speccy" to lookup for sure) fixed this, but didn't realize that until after I had already loaded the Hyte Nexus software as well (Like i said, probably save yourself the headache just using he QR Code that came with it). Note that the ASRock software can't control the Keyboard/Mouse RGB(At least that I could tell) but the Hyte Nexus does just fine, so you might want to play with each to see which you like (Don't leave both running or they will give you unexpected results as they fight for control). I love the case design as well. Its toolless entry and easy to work in. Note I added 1 SSD (it has room for 2) and 1 3.5 HDD (it has room for 1, but I think it was supposed to come with a bracket for 3.5, but I had to just screw it straight to the inside of case. Looking online it looked like this was how most people did it, and so I'm not positive it ever came with a 3.5 bracket or not, but 1 person did make reference to having iBuyPower send them one, so its possible, but installing it to the case worked fine for me). Anyhow only recommendation is that it came with some serial ata cables but they all had a 90 degree connector on one end, and both the 2.5 bracket and the 3.5 hdd install location were not friendly to a right angle serial cable. I had plenty of straight cables lying around so no prob for me, but figured I'd share before someone gets it torn apart and figures this out the hardway. Anyhow I was very wary on a pre-built system, but this thing is a monster for the price, and after running both of them for over a month I have no regrets. My kids both love the systems for gaming and family!

Great pc, it can handle every game at max settings with no issue. The problem that lies in this computer is the power supply. It might work great for 1080p gaming, but once you switch to a higher res like 1440p or do anything to push the wattage too far you will get constant shutdowns. I recommend this if it’s on sale or cheaper than a build today because the spike in price. However if you do be ready to purchase a new power supply.

It has ran everything fine for about a month now, I did have issues that I assume were PSU related - black screens, etc. I used MSI Afterburner to limit GPU power to 90% until I can upgrade. Have had no issues since. I do plan on upgrading the PSU and AIO at the very least. If RAM was more affordable I would swap for 6000. It is a great CPU and a great card, I got an ADATA Legend 860 Gen 4 SSD and it has name brand RAM. ASRock MOBO. So far, so goo

Excellent. It exceeded all my needs. Runs quiet and cool.

Runs great and stays cool, does tend to get warm with higher requirement games such as Battlefield and FORZA however both run approx. 100-110fps on high and for Forza on ultra solid little stutter and on BF 6 it only has issues on ultra when entire structures collapse or battles become full of explosions to a chaotic degree. Pc also runs, Arc raiders very well and Warframe.

Beautiful computer. Runs smoothly, it's quiet and hardly puts off any heat. Was a breeze to hook up.

This is the second iBUYPOWER prebuilt that I've purchased. The 9800X3D paired with the 9070 XT has been great at 1440p widescreen gaming. I thought my 2080 Ti was still competitive, but I couldn't be happier after finally upgrading. Another huge bonus is how much cooler this runs compared to older hardware. It's a difference you can feel in the room when gaming. I can't tell why previous reviews complained about the PSU when 750 is enough. While I think this would be rather easy to upgrade in the future, I don't recommend a prebuilt to anyone if that's their main concern. I prefer prebuilt because you plug it in, turn it on, download your programs, and go. If there are any issues early on, then you simply return it. There's also a warranty, but I've never had an issue with my first purchase which is still setup, and this has been great so far too. I've seen it go on sale at least three times now. Managed to grab it at $1750, but I think the first two reviews being low might have played a role in that lol. It's been marked down to $1800 twice. At the right price it's very hard to beat.

Purchased on sale for a good price relative to market. Wish they would have used faster ram than the 5200mhz and the motherboard used is ASrock b650 cx2 which receives mixed reviews for early chip failures for 9800x3d. Hopefully fixed with updates. Otherwise machine is working flawlessly. No bloatware.

The PSU is NOT good enough for the CPU or GPU. Everything ran fine at first (just youtube browsing and VERY basic games). Then i went to install Apex Legends, the game installed fine and when i went to run the game my computer immediately shut off. I tried all the troubleshoot options the internet and iBuyPower suggested (which they are easily reachable during their store hours). I tried it with Rust as well and had the same issue. The final solution i came to is either the PSU was just not working properly or it just couldn't handle the temps. The Ryzen 7 9800X3D + AMD Radeon RX 9070XT 16GB are both great, just the PSU being basically the weakest part of the machine kind of ruined it. Spending just barely more and i'm sure they could have gotten the perfect performance out of this could be monster.

This was my first venture into the PC world and it has been mind blowing. I did 20+ hours of research, went down the route of potentially building my own. But BestBuy had such a killer deal on this when I was ready to buy that I couldn't turn it down. After about 6 months with this thing I feel like I got away with highway robbery. I have a bunch of friends who play on PC and they're all beyond jealous. I gave "ease of use" a 4-star, but that's mainly because I had zero experience prior to this. Thankfully I had my friends to help. I'd guess I could have found a YouTube video to help if needed.

Loving this PC. Amazing graphics, no lags, high FPS for every game. You cannot go wrong with this PC. Never gets hot, temps are always consistent, just an amazing PC.

Purchased almost 60 days ago. I purchased with a full membership and was able to take it to geek squad to make sure everything was up to date and ready for gaming. Set up is simple. The gaming experience has been CRAZY! FPS is amazing and have no lag issues. Low price compared to most - this is all you will need to get you to pro gamer. The mouse and keyboard that came with it works great! - Literally a full set up minus the monitor

The PC works fantastically. Easily setup and runs all the games and operations smoothly. The pc itself makes little to no noise when playing intensive games which is a plus

bought this in September of this year. Its solid for what it is. No issues thus far. I do plan on upgrading / switching to a better PSU at some point. I was going to upgrade the ram to either 6000/6400MHz and go from 32gb to 64GB. But with the ram at insane prices today and over the last month or so... I stick with 32GB at 5200MHz. its good as is, I just wanted something beefier. For the build and gaming @ 3440x1440. It'll be plenty good for some time. its a solid daily driver pc no heavy editing and such and a rock solid gaming pc. A really good prebuilt for the price.
