Bestbuy is no help and neither is iBuyPower whose customer service is worthless. Both hopeless. Have to take it to a local repair shop.

After receiving its shutoff on me 5 times in 2 weeks. First two times were override memory blue screens, turned xmp off and now it just turns off completely. Didn’t spend 2500 for a paper weight.
