After purchasing online, the PC only took about 3 days to get it shipped to my location. Excellent so far and worked right of the box no issues. Very easy to set up

I switched over from console to pc and have had no problems with it have had it for about 1-2 weeks so far makes gaming more enjoyable absolutely love it!

This PC was pretty good, only thing is it still had a little input delay but other than that no complaints

The cost-benefit value for the Desktop PC's is one of the best in the market, and it also comes with a gaming keyboard/mouse set! Tottally recommend it.

just got this computer, it was easy to setup haven't had any problems currently just got it as a black Friday sale and updating from a 9-year-old dell xps. Really like the color changing mouse and keyboard wish they were wireless but for the money cant go wrong."

Disclaimer, I am not a purchaser of this product as I am sure it will state, boy glad I am. But a friend purchased one. You honestly get what you pay for, and after telling him several times to buy name brand stuff and that I would put it together he grabbed this. After inspection I will say market value of the cpu, gpu etc are just under hovering around the total amount, so it looks like a deal, but what they dont show is the most ebayish motherboard and temu ram with glue on RGB sticks I have ever seen. Never heard of the m.2 mfg. No heatsinks on the ram, the raw finish heatsinks on mobo look like they were cast using a sandblock, Cpu cooler heatsink fins looks like scrap cans raw finish, probably why reviews say so much about fan volume… because the actual name brand cpu is screaming at the rest of the build quality to keep it alive. No telling if they even used thermal paste. I havent ventured around IBpower in a looong time, but wow have some corners been cut. I gave it an extra star for effort and astonishment. This was just my observation, and it did turn on and works at this time, but the whole build screams as soon as you turn it on that very well could be its last destination and inevitably its death bed. I would be embarrassed to open box showcase this on the aisle. Kudos to them for making it look “legit” with all the RGBs. Marketing at its finest. What have I learned? Friends dont let friends buy pre-builts! Never again. We gotta do better, and I thought BestBuy was doing better this whole time…
