The unit arrived in perfect condition, despite the shipping box having obviously been dropped, the carton having an impact indentation near the front facing corner. But that's on UPS Ground. So far the machine has handled a few demanding games with ease. Performing above the advertised FPS, without any overclocking or tuning. It runs quiet at idle, and doesn't get too loud under stress. I found the included mouse and keyboard to be of decent quality. I am happy with the overall parts lottery, with the exception of the PSU. My unit came with the following variable parts: MB: MSI PRO Z790-P GPU: Gigabyte GV-N4080GAMING-16GD RAM: 32gb Kingston Fury Beast DDR 5 5200mhz 16x2 M.2 2280 SSD: ADATA LEGEND 700 PCIe Gen3 x4 Storage:Seagate - Barracuda 2TB Internal SATA Hard Drive 5400 RPM ST2000DMA08 PSU:High Power Tech Model Number: HP1-S2850GD-F12S 850W ATX 3.0 (Non-modular) CPU Cooler: iBUYPOWER DEEPCOOL GAMERSTORM RGB 360mm CASTLE 360EX Liquid Cooler In my opinion, iBuyPower was quite generous in the parts selection, especially the RAM and MB. And although the parts are from multiple manufactures, they seem to work well together. The PC is beautiful, the case of very high quality. The wiring is good, everything tucked away and tied down, no slack. The only issue I have is with the power supply. When using the custom PC builder on the iBuyPower website, and selecting an RTX 4080 GPU paired with an intel core i9, it demands that you select a power supply greater than 850 Watts. Yet they included an 850 watt in this build. (Power supply : 864 / 850 watt is their estimater) So, while no problems exist yet, I fear they may crop up later if this relatively unknown PSU unit is either pushed to it's limit, or even over it's capacity. Or maybe I'm just being an old lady. To sum up, I am very happy with the value and performance of this fine machine. It looks nice, it plays nice, and the price is nice especially considering the high end parts IBP used. I will just need to swap out the PSU as I worry about the internal parts becoming damaged from lack of power and maybe add a 2TB gen 4 SSD later. Like a Samsung Pro or a WD Black not only for the larger capacity but the greater speed promised.

You know what people say, when a bargain looks too good, there's a catch. My "Desktop" arrived and I saw the carnage. The graphic card was literally hammered in the motherboard crushing the connectors sideways. And the manufacturer just thought "that might work ....". I takes a lot to break a motherboard but these guys made it.... Attention to details is everything, LoL. Stay away from this brand.

Runs fast and good... until rhe OS crashed. Smh. Had to take it back to get repaired and had to buy total tech. Smh. Not acceptable for 3k.

Not a fan of iBuypower. But Bestbuy replaced my previous iBuypower pc because the gpu died after a year and a half. Probably will get another replacement in a year with this luck.

Ive bought IBUYPOWER pc’s before. Never has issues. Im sure this pc is a great build if youree not one of the unlucky few that gets a rig that has issues. Thats the unfortunate truth when you buy a pre built pc, there is a slight chance you might get a rig that has an issue. Mine worked fine for a few days. Then i had two seperate occasions where the pc just shut off out of no where. I wasnt even playing any video games. It wouldnt turn on until hours later and then everything worked fine again. Maybe the issue was nothing serious but for paying this much money i dont want a pc that has those random issues happening. Issues csn happen to any of these pre built pc’s.

I just bought this pc and its amazing. Everything works awesome and it can run my games at max settings. Great pc and amazing pc company. You should definitely buy a pc from iBUYPOWER.
