My brother loves it! Got it for his birthday and uses it also for school!

So far so good, was bought for our 17 year old and he has had it for 24 hours and has not been upset yet. I liked it cause it was easy on the pocket and it starts him off slow with managing his space and will teach him to safe money if he wants to upgrade it.

This is a great entry level pc. As a console player for 35 years, it can be a little confusing to go into the pc game atmosphere. But this pc helps you and let’s you understand how it operates. I look forward to my next one since it will be more powerful!!

The PC was bought as a Christmas gift for my son and he loved it.

Love it’s great its runs all all my games like a charm even my games that I have a crap load of mods for! So my peeps that play sims 3 or 4, cod, gta, battlefield, asseto corsa, according to my fiancé apparently iracung runs great too!

Good pc I like the gpu but I wish it came with more ram and the cooler that it showed but I give it a 4 star

I got this pc for my boyfriend and he Absolutely loves it.

I loved it it had everything i needed and wanted for a beginner

It came without the SSD installed cause they just threw it in the case. Spent an hour on the phone with a friend trying to figure out why it wasn't booting windows...took it apart and put it back together. Unplugged cords, etc... The next day I really looked in the case after I opened it...again....(I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I AM DOING WITH COMPUTERS!) The SSD was just laying in there on the bottom. I tried to contact customer support chat with IBuy. Kept on getting disconnected. Another wasted 30 minutes. YouTube videos' for 45 trying to figure out how to do it myself. It didn't get dislodged in shipping. I had to unscrew a little screw and insert the card in a super tight space that led to a lot of dropping it and cursing because I don't have the right tools. Clicked it in. Put the screw in. You pay almost $1,000 for a computer I expect it to be assembled. That's what I am paying for. Wasted so much time. Ya'll should pay me. I know Best Buy has nothing to do with this. They are wonderful. Hopefully IBuy will see this and send me my paycheck. It's for my kid and he's been playing on it so far without any issues. Looks nice and the lights are nice.

Everything was super detailed and easy to assemble with great performance definitely recommend for someone wanting a PC that was quick and painless to get started gaming on

Definitely more than the sum of its parts. I've been needing a new pc for a while and this thing was better than what I could build on my own for less cost.

i never owned a pc , this was the first one that i saw on the website . i thought it would be bad due to price but it’s amazing . the led lights and the whole computer work great , easy to setup . all around great pc

The computer works great. I had some hiccups with software but got them resolved. The addition of a month of Xbox Gamepass is a nice bonus. The rgb lighting can be turned off which works well as we have it connected to our TV.
