Good Quality overall and not much to complain about.

I purchase this computer and had problems with it from day one. I had best buy work on it several times. It damaged one of my printer. It will not store any files, I put in a file then it's gone.

Dissaponted… had tge computer one month! The ssd went bad won’t boot up! Trued everything! Can’t get tech help on weekends! Called several times the following Monday go through hoops for help! Best Buy won’t touch it until a year later ( manufacturer warranty) which stinks! Tech help either you do it yourself or send back to California!!! Minimum a month to repair! I have a very sad grandson! Pretty sad they can’t fix it locally. Even if I paid total tech costs Best Buy won’t fix it. Think before you buy this one! Look at reviews this problem VERY COMMON!!’

That thing gave me nothing but problems when I bought it it's not worth the price or anything else so I returned it I spent my money on better things than I buy power computer

The machine runs decent but had a key for authorization of windows 11 that was used on another machine. I contacted their service an just expected them to give me a legit key with no problem since it was their warranty problem but they made a big deal out of it by expecting me to summit an RGA authorization form which you can't even find on their website...... Fly by night service after the sale so buyer beware!

Keeps crashing no matter what i do and it's brand new just trying to play apex and or cod etc. do not get 3050

Everything looks good but there are no power cords or anything in the box !

This computer and the company is junk After 5 months went black dead. Best buy will not take it back. The company want you to pay 100$ Or more to ship back to try fix. They do not offer you a return for money or for an exchange for another one. They give you the run around No value at this price point I expect More than 5 months of light usage. Unless you are willing to pay higher money to warranty with Best buy then my recommendation is to skip this one We lost lot of money And now have to buy another one

Glass side panel shattered immediately too hard to replace. I buy tells you to go through Best Buy. Best Buy wants a full return on the pc. Too much of my time is wasted on cheap tempered glass replacements. Just give me the replacement.

Came damaged HDMI port does not work tried several different cords none worked. I returned the PC and been waiting for over three weeks now to receive refund.

This computer was recommended to us the week of Thanksgiving. I should have done my research. It absolutely did not suit our needs. Returned it to get a different model with more upgrades.

3.5 months in and the hard drive stopped working. Customer service is in Taiwan- good luck getting any assistance. So frustrated with this purchase.

The computer itself is worth every penny. I grabbed the Slate 6 MR Intel i5 package. It came with 8GB of ram and a 3050 gpu. The motherboard is a Gigabyte B660 DS3H. This supports the latest (13th) gen CPU if I were to choose to upgrade. I immediately upgraded to 32 GB of 4000 mhz ram and an AMD RX6750XT GPU and have experienced 0 issues. I run CoD on full max settings with this setup on a 144 mhz 1440p monitor and the monitor can barely keep up. Everything is smooth as silk. Worth every penny.

I had it for 1 month and I already started having problems with the frames on the games they are not stable and consistently dropping and shooting up if u are looking for gaming on it to use for 120fps and above not your pc to get the item was sent and the item was unpacked and there was multiple lose cords and lose ports not a great pc at all spend money to enjoy

I had ordered these, and they set in packaging for a few weeks due to an illness. I finally got around to setting them up. The one is plugged in less than a day and LED lights go out. I am reading it is likely a power source issue. For the amount of money I spent on two of these, this is not a good omen.
