This computer has had nothing but problems since I got it. It gets very low Wi-Fi connection, even with the dongles plugged in. I had to buy an ethernet cord just for it to use the Wi-Fi. It doesn't recognize any Bluetooth devices, and on the off chance that it does, they disconnect constantly. One of the USB ports broke with ease. Games have unexplained lag and crashing that happens sporadically. After a year, the rainbow lights stopped working correctly and flash a dim red and green. Don't know if I just got a faulty one or if this device is riddled with issues as a whole.

This was a christmas gift for my son. We are so HAPPY. He says the PC is really fast, and the games run amazing. 5/5 would buy again!!!!

First PC and was worried about setting it up as I have no knowledge of computers. Instructions were very clear and it works great, no worries so far! Great for all games and amazing storage.

Ran out of memory really quickly. Bought for son for Christmas and needed video memory upgrade by January.

This is my very first pc and it works like a charm! It took a bit to boot up but its great! Im about to boot up steam, play lethal company, and my other games without it being too loud. I just wish there was a bit more ssd in this thing, but ill upgrade it!

It came just in time before the holidays. Also my son loves it so much! I will most definitely give it a 10/10!

This PC is not bad. I've had for a couple of weeks now and it doesn't give me too many problems. So the Pros: I got this computer a pretty cheap price for it's value. Normally it costs 1000 dollars but I got 250 dollars off during a holiday sale. It runs most games pretty well, and comes with a keyboard and mouse (which I also use, it's pretty good!). The graphics are great. I often play games such as: 1. Genshin Impact 2. Valorant 3. Minecraft 4. Roblox 5. Sims 4 This computer can run those games pretty well. Sometimes it crashes though. Which leads me to the cons: When I'm playing a game and I tab out, it often crashes and my screen freezes. This means I can't click on anything on my computer but I can see my mouse moving. I heard this could be due to defective ram, but I'm not sure. The solution I found for this is to just put my computer to sleep instead of shutting it off. This solved my issue but I think it results in needing more electricity this way, which bothers me a lot. Overall, it's not terrible, but I feel a bit disappointed with the quality of this computer. I would recommend this if you are on a budget but you still want to run games with good graphics. If you want a computer just for work, then look for something else (or some other brand). If you have a higher budget, then also go for something else.

Great Value, strong gaming pc; RTX 3060 12 GB. 16GB RAM. First: fastest and safest shipping, UPS two days with Prime. The pc is well packed in a large sturdy well-marked box. Easy to set-up with clear instructions and excellent support (on-line video and customer) if needed. Easy configuration in my case with win11 I had to upgrade windows sound driver to hear the sounds. This pc case is super sturdy and large GREAT floor piece excellent assembly (U.S.A?). In my case the fans came working but the fan leds' were not lit. This is a simple fix to remove the right-side panel and connect the header plug for the power and all the leds' in the case look great oscillating colors; although, I may prefer the blackout look. I have nothing bad to say about this quality gaming machine at this price.
