Video kept blinking in and out. Went to change HDMI ports and the card came out of its socket. Graphics card not screwed into the rack? How do you let this go out to customers? The card became jammed in the socket and I had to use force on the release tab to remove and re-seat the card. I used one of the cabinet screws to hold the card in place until I can get proper screws. I am stunned that this is how it came. So far, everything else is running fine. Two stars is recommended for “fair”. Three is “average”.

I was expecting this product the 12th and never got it. Called Best Buy 5 times within 8 days to see what was going on, each call lasted 1 hour and even talked to the supervisors and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. One of the supervisors submitted a request so that I would get my product by the 23rd the latest ( this was the 18th) and said that I would get the confirmation email the latest the 19th. I called Best Buy the 19th at night because I still haven’t gotten the email for the confirmation. I talked to another supervisor and said there was never a request for me to get the computer the 23rd and that i would have to wait until January 3rd. I am very un pleased with how costumer service dealt with the situation, it’s like they don’t care or prioritize their clients. It basically felt like a slap on the face and you certainly don’t want your 1,000 bucks just sitting there because Best Buy don’t want to own the situation and help one out. I basically only got this computer for my break (18-4th) and purchased the PC the 2nd of December. The computer said it was in my city last week but now apparently it’s in a different state but it’s been sitting there for almost a week now. What is going on? Horrible costumer service.

System does not turn on at all. Screws were rolling around on the bottom inside. Wondering if it was even put together correctly.

Got this from my son and within two days it stopped working. Hopefully when we get the next one it will work properly

Works great with 1080p gaming. The system 4060 and ryzen 7 5700 makes it able to run games while multitasking great. For the month I have had it I can firmly say for $1000 is it worth the value. Two only issues I have faced were one having issues at times tabbing out of valorant. The game runs great at over 200 fps on ultra just at times when tabbing out at times it can crash not often but does happen. Lastly after a good bit of time the rgb on the fans dim after a while and like they have no power. It's kind of weird they have the light just not bright. Also to change the rgb you need to go out of your way to download the drivers yourself. Not the biggest deal but a quick YouTube video solves it. Overall, it is a great buy and recommend.

thi spc id so good for a starter pc. This is my first pc runs great for all games. (fortnite,roblox,apex..etc.) i love it and its looks so pretty amazing for the price!!

i got a pc black friday and when i came home i set it up it only took 5-10 minutes not long at alll its really fast and fun to use nice lights aswell

The Trace 7 Mesh Gaming Desktop is amazingly fast! This PC starts up super fast and it great for gaming. Very satisfied with the quality and performance this pc can do. I would purchase again.

I got my pc for chirstmas its been an Awesome experience. Games run smooth and I can multi task. Its overall a good desktop/pc and I would reccommend this to anyone getting a starter pc.

This is my first gaming PC. I'm really fond of it. Much faster in terms of response time than the last PC I purchased. I love the enclosure and the lighting. This computer fulfills its promise. I adore how quick it is and how much RAM can still be upgraded. I adore this computer so much.

I brought IBUYPOWER tracer 7 gaming desktops from BestBuy. This is my 1st gaming pc, and I love it. I was a PlayStation Guy but now I think PC may have won me over.

Amazing pc and wonderful gaming experience. Windows has alot of bad issues though.
