Dead on arrival. No display signal. Spoke to tech support, bad graphics card. Also paid 100 bucks to have this thing sent expedited shipping, the replacement they are sending isn't even tho I requested it. Guess I will find out in a few weeks if the new one works. Not happy.

My pc didnt last 1 day when the psu blew even shot flames out the back. For the price id say not good. Ill be returning my pc.w

Wow the gtx 1660ti card i thought it was a miss print but my computer came with a gtx 1660ti for 2400$

The Pc came in Excellent shipping material, the shipping time was very fast and the price for this computer is very reasonable given the current chip shortage. the pc is well built and uses standardized parts. would definitely recommend

Really happy with this computer. Very easy setup, very powerful, and very nice accessories. This is my first gaming PC that I got serious with and I'm glad I chose this one.

Really enjoying this computer. Always done my own builds, never owned a prebuilt before. But took the leap after considering they aren't necessarily a prebuild company (you can choose your own parts on their site) like HP or Dell junk. Glad I took the leap of faith. 100+ max on COD, 144+ max settings on FN in 4k. Quick updates out of the box and gtg from that point. Talk about quick and easy. Value anyone? The CPU and GPU aren't far off from what the entire PC cost. Give it a shot. It's not perfect but how many personally builds are?

Great price considering the shortage on RTX 3080 cards. Fast shipping and was delivered on a Sunday by FedEx . Product was packaged very well and arrived without a scratch. Easy setup and came with everything I needed to start gaming minus the monitor. Very excited to see what performance I get from this gaming rig.

Usually build my own PC but with the price if video cards....this was an easy choice. Flawless setup and quality parts. Would buy this again.

This machine would be incredible value if it worked. My machine was DOA, spent hours debugging because I figured nobody would send a dead machine. Finally I broke down and took it to a PC repair place, they found out the issue was the graphics card. BestBuy wouldn't accept my return, they said they had some kind of issue with IBUYPOWER, I sent my graphics card to IBUYPOWER and a literal month later they say they can't complete my order because they lost my graphics card. I've been in contact with them every week for the last three weeks, every week they tell me they're about to find it. This process has been terrible, there's no accountability at any level, there's nobody you can talk to. If you buy this they might decide to send you a brick and keep your money.
