Literally no signal from the graphics card or mother board. This computer had no reviews when I purchased it 2 weeks ago, it just met all the specs I need. Came here to write this and found that several other people have the exact same experience in the last week. Honestly, shame on iBuyPower - people who purchase gear at this tech level and price point need it to work immediately. I'm returning the computer but this has cost me time and money in my business.

DOA machines twice, horrible CS from ibuypower

DOA both purchases machine build not with parts listed(no m.2 drive we green data instead, video card on second one was 6800 not the 6900 I purchased. When I contacted ibuy power they said it wasn’t their issue and to deal with it. Both returned for full refund and went for custom build. Shipping on both was over two weeks late with no notice of delivery causing us to miss the delivery both times (signature required)

Called customer service and sat on the line 2 hours before giving up and returning to best buy. Suspect the culprit was the underpowered/off brand PSU - for $3500 you'd expect something top of the line.

It was very easy to setup and start up. The RX 6900XT offers great gaming performance that I am finally able to play most of my games max settings.
I would recommend this to a friend
