This pc being a pre build has delivered better than I thought. The graphics, speed, and fps all delivered as advertised and at times can surpass it. Highly recommend.

Went back and forth between Ryzen 7, I7 and i9. I am super happy with this pc. Took it home, opened it up, verified liquid cooling was connected, fans etc. first boot was less than 5 minutes answering all the dumb questions Windows asks. Got it mainly for DCS and flight sims in VR. Upgraded to 32g ram (not particularly fond of all the rgb, but its the rage these days). Took maiden flight non vr in high settings (dcs is one core without multi threading) and it solidly rocked. Then the magic Hooked up to HP VR and was blows out of the chair. Sat my GF down and she piloted a take off and some acrobatics and was squealing the entire time. Unreal machine for unreal price. I was building my own and when i saw this online, I immediately droveand got it. Saved 2 weeks witing on parts you wont be disappointed

Beyond disappointed, motherboard & GPU on my brand new gaming pc were both defective right out of the box. I tried multiple monitors, cables, and connections with absolutely no luck at all. After powering the pc down the first time the RAM no longer lit up as it did when I initially powered the device on. Honestly, it looked as if the computer had been repackaged as it had fingerprints on multiple components and the box was a bit banged up. You would think a $2,000 item would come with no issues and in pristine condition. This honestly makes me extremely hesitant to even get a replacement. This is a real shame as the design of the product is nice. I was having a good experience up until the product was found to be completely faulty.

I’m a professional photographer, typical work load is about 2-3000 images a month. Heavy LR and PS user. I chose this for the i9-12900kf chip as I need more cpu, gpu is less important. This pc runs great but felt “off” for the performance I was expecting. Checked bios for settings and discovered the ram was 3000mhz. Right off the bat, I found that, while the ram shown on Best Buy website is rgb and described as 3200mhz, it actually had non-rgb 3000mhz ram. Needless to say, I’m feeling pretty ripped off. So, being a total tech member, I figured Best Buy would take care of me. The phone call was great. I was told to take the pc in to Best Buy store so they could inspect and they could just swap out the ram for what was advertised. But here’s the thing, how would anybody know I wasn’t lying regardless and just swapped my own crap ram in and made my claim? And therein lies the problem. Best Buy was willing to return the whole machine but in the end I decided to just suck it up and deal. I only have a limited amount of time I’m willing to put into this issue beyond this review and life goes on. I’m already a week behind on my client edits waiting for this pc to get here. I can’t spare another week waiting for the swap process to go through its normal drill over the mail system. Just know, think twice about ordering ibuypower (or any builder pc for that matter) online. And if buying in store, physically inspect your parts while you’re in store. Once you leave, good luck proving to them you didn’t swap parts out yourself trying to score a extra 16 gb of the good stuff! And honestly, even 3200mhz isn’t great, it’s just what you paid for and better than 3000mhz. The pc works, benchmarking within specs, and the fans run as expected, only ramping up under load. Very quiet under idle. So there’s 2 stars for that. However, I’m suspicious I may have paid a price for new and gotten one of Best Buy’s famous open boxes? Over all, a really bad look. In the end, the customer gets stuck holding the back for crap parts and I don’t think anyone would disagree that that sucks.

Nice design, sleek look, runs smooth and quiet. Well built and reliable. If one negative, is the front panel has two separate layers of mesh screen, removed one to help ensure better airflow. Overall, I would recommend for any average gamer who wants a nice sleek good powerful pc for a medium budget.

This is the second Ibuypower desktop. I purchased the first one in 2001. Still going strong after a little upkeep. Gave it to my granddaughter. I just wanted to upgrade, so far this one is amazing.

Purchased this from BestBuy and I can tell this is going to be a great PC. Very well built, looks great, and the customization of the coloring is a nice touch. There was one minor flaw that I found and it seems the motherboard had shifted during transportation, which caused the ports to be misaligned. I was not able to plug in the mouse along with the keyboard, but I was able to remedy this by taking the metal case side off and pushing it to get everything lined up again. While a minor inconvenience, someone who was not PC savvy would not have thought to do this.

Got this during Black Friday, I was not disappointed. After swapping a few parts from my old pc this thing is a rocket ship. It runs most games like Valorant at 300-500 FPS. The only downside for me is that the fans get a bit loud under heavy load, but the temps never go over 65° C. Even at a non sale price this system is worth it.
