I have used several coffee makers but never got a Hot Cup of coffee that taste like a spa coffee salon I love my Icoffee!!!!!

I purchased this about 2 years ago and it broke. I was refunded and got a Keurig instead

Maybe it's too early to write a review as I just got the iCoffe machine but I am really impressed. From design to the ease of use, from the great taste of coffee to the extra energy saving option, this machine just rocks. Very happy with my purchase.

The pump that transfers water from the water reservoir to the heating reservoir "hummed" but did not pump any water. I contacted iCoffee and they replied that the Mozart model is no longer in production, and the replacement is coming next year! It is my opinion that iCoffee is on there way out.

Tried three of these. Went belly up after a week or two. Just stopped working. Decided to try another brand. End of problems.

I ordered this iCoffee and it worked great for a couple weeks but then just stopped working all together. Needle spins and but no water pumps through thinking the pump died. I don't know but maybe I got a lemon. Put's a damper on your day!!!

I was about to upgrade from using a coffee dripper because I saw how people swapping k cups from shelves in BB&B. We drink two cups of coffee daily, taste is compensated by minimum effort to make it and our budget was up $150. After reading many reviews, I bought the Mozart without seeing it and received it today. The box's size took me by surprise. Oh, no no. I don't see a trade off between a large machine on my counter and two quality cups of coffee a day. With a heavy heart I will return it because of its $55 sale price tag and effort I put into bringing it into home. Interestingly that other reviewers were not bothered by the size. Well, still looking for a compact coffee system that accept both k-cups and uses regular coffee grounds.

Loved it for a year and 1/2. Then pump stops working. I uses only distilled water and pods.

I read reviews on Amazon, Bestbuy, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond, so going into buying this I knew it could be a dud. I got the coffee maker a day earlier than expected, which was nice, but it failed to ever make coffee. I messed with it for about 45 minutes before throwing in the towel and putting it back in the box (which was beat up when it arrived). Luckily, returning it was easy and I even got the warranty refunded. DON"T BUY THIS COFFEE MAKER.

Had to return this, it never worked. Ended up going with a different brand
