Very Disappointed in the product

The watch has no back button, does not come with a wall charger just the cord and does not have a way to disconnect from Iphone once the app is downloaded and signed in. All my notifications for emails, messages came through the watch. Customer services fix was “we are trying to update a new software” and didn’t know how to factory reset the watch.

Posted .Thank you for your review. The charger for this watch can be plugged in to the USB port of your computer / laptop to charge the watch. To reset your watch, go to the app and go to navigation where you can find the image of your watch. Tap on the image and select the option to reset the watch. Useless for children under the teenagers because it will not allow them to have an account to track their health. Ridiculous.

My son uses it to track how many steps he takes each day (miles he walks) and how well he sleeps during the night. It helps him focus on getting plenty of exercise and getting plenty of sleep. He's still learning some of the other features, but it's a good learning tool for when he gets older.

Neither are old enough for a cell phone therefore the watches are paired with my cell phone. I do find that the watch I paired to my phone second does not always communicate with my phone and has to be reconnected to keep the time accurately displayed on the watch. I feel it is a decent watch for the price and our children are thrilled with them. Directions for use could use more in depth explanation along with set up instructions in the Timex app.
