Product is great costumer service is terrible when my wife went to get remote starter installed she didn't have a ride and they made her leave the building in 5deg weather in stead of having a place to wait for her car to get done I will NEVER buy another thing from you again

Useless for 2021 car

This was useless , at least they didnt charge for it. Does not work on 2021 kia. Installer had to custom hardwire remote start in. Unfortunately the remote start doesn't work , waisted $267. And because hardwired in , removal could cause more problems. Spoke to manager wanted me to bring car back to remove and possibly have serious electrical problems. Opted to just eat the $267 and take it as a loss. Not happy at all woth this company
