The picture is great,the laser is fun, the volume is too low to converse with anybody if any noise in the room. It does not have a place for external speaker or mic if desired. The night vision is very good. When listening to the sound in the room from the cam I had static,didn't matter where I put the cam in the house. Maybe not made for home security but it is a fun item.

This is my second one because the first one stop connecting to internet. I read reviews before I purchased it and the reviews were good. I really like when it worked.i decided to get another one and see if the first one was bad. . I had the new one for a month and it works. I really this one cause the night vision and day works well. I check on my two dogs and the quality of the camera at 1080 is very clear and night vision is good. I had it up and running lest then 5 minutes with the app. Im glad I gave this one more try after the defective one.

Very easy to install, it was up and running in less than 5 minutes! The ability to move the camera around is perfect. The sound is very good. The cats love the laser.

I have a peace of mind knowing that I can reduce my worries and stress knowing that I can watch over my grandkids when they get home from school and know that they are going to enter a safe home.

I use this to watch my 6 pugs while I am away from home, the video quality is the best of the ones I tried its equal or better than the Nest cam. You can talk to your pets and also listen to them. The built in laser pointer is pretty cool too, the night vision is what sold me on this though, it works very well even in a pitch black room. It also moves back and fourth and up and down which is another benefit over some of the other more expensive cams like the Nest. The only thing I wish was better has to do with the app, this however is something that is routinely updated and given the nature of this being a new brand and company I am sure in 6months-1 year they will have made the app much better, for what it is now it does everything I need and more so I am satisfied.

I bought this camera and had high hopes for it. It worked decently for a month. Now the camera won't connect unless I am on WiFi. If I'm on 4g network, I can't connect. I've tried going through the email support and they admited something was wrong and asked for proof of purchase so we can address the issue. I haven't heard back sinse and i'm pretty annoyed. They should stand by their product. I'd also like to add that the laser has a terrible lag, so don't by the camera just for that. I just picked up The Nest to replace my helmet. So far I am satisfied, at least it connects!
