    If I could give zero starts I would! Do not buy this, you cannot use it on any of your actual equipment, it can only be used on a phone or a tablet. It’s absolutely worthless. And it’s not refundable.

  • Code Worked but Workouts Locked

    I purchased the gift card and the code worked but all workouts are still locked. It is really dumb that you can't purchase an individual plan on their website. iFit crams their family plans down your throat, though. Guess I will just go back to using Zwift.

    I was on the fence about getting this because most reviews said it didn't work for them. But, it still works. I just had to restart the app for it to take affect.

    I wish I would have read the reviews before purchase. I confused this for the old individual membership. This one is absolutely useless. This only works for your phone or tablet. You will not be able to access the workouts on your equipment. All my workouts are locked and require the pro-membership. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!!

    False advertisement. This is not an individual account, This if for the Train plan that is valid only for phones and tablets. Does not work on the equipment. Do not buy.
