This tiny thing has probably saved me hundreds of dollars. I was skeptical of this when I first bought it to build my PC, but honestly, I don't regret it. You never know when you might get shocked when building a PC so it's always better to be safe than sorry.

Protects your pc components from static discharge during building or maintenance. Put the band around your wrist and tighten to make sure the metal plate is against your wrist, then just attach the clip to an exposed metal part of your case and youre good.

Put it on clip it to something metal that’s grounded (almost anything works) and you’re good to go! I suggest putting it in the ankle for long use periods in one spot

Seems to work well. It clips on to the case well and stays firmly on the wrist.

Need this to make sure i dont ruin my computer when I upgrade my ram and ssd later on.

The ESD strap is fairly easy to use, I just clip it to the outside case of a computer while working. The clip is not the best, though. It can get unclipped pretty easily and it's just stuck on a banana plug, which can also slip out.

I got this to help me work on customizing my PC without creating any electric static. It works amazing and makes me feel safer working with my computer.

For the money, this works great. I bought this to open up my PC and touch some delicate parts like the motherboard and what not, I didn’t know about static wristbands before and after a bit of research this one turns out to work great

Some may say you don't need anti static straps when building a PC but for as little as it costs, why not be safe. Had no issues when building my system. Was it because of the strap? Doubt it but definitely gives peace of mind.

I decided I needed this anti static strap while working on my PC components to prevent damaging or shorting anything in my build.

I was worried about shorting my components since I swap components out regularly and build multiple machines. This thing helps me work on my PC with confidence. My room has carpet and I have cats, so static builds up a lot.

Not much to say for this item, it is good practice to use this when installing computer components and it does it job of eliminating static. My only complaint is that I wish the cord was longer for easier use
