I had high hopes for this as it was the perfect size for the space available in my laundry room. Brought it home plugged it in and waited 24 hours to fill with food. I opended door and the freeezer was as warm as could be. Glad I discovered this defect before I filled it with venison, duck, fish and other foods. To Best Buy's credit they gave me a full refund but they no longer carry the item so could not replace,

Great second freezer. Holds more than anticipated. I find an upright makes it easier to stay organized.

I love this freezer because of the space which I don't have enough of, it's tall and has many shelves. Perfect for my needs! The settings on the freezer is great as well. The shelves can be adjusted as well. The price for the Igloo Freezer was affordable. It's always pays off to buy on sale.

Bought this in Dec. was pleased with it but lost food once, thought it was from power loss ,but it happened again. I also bought one for my brother he had same trouble but didn't want to hurt my feelings so didn't tell me. Called for warrenty they said ship it back to them plus 7 dollars and they would look at it. Called Best Buy to get it serviced the tech said they do not work on these units they are throw away. Thanks to Best Buy they are taking this Chineese junk back and replacing with another brand.Can not say enough about the way Best Buy took care of us GREAT SERVICE.

Good basic freezer, fits my needs. Size just right for the space we have allocated. Even temp.

Works well thus far...glad I got the insurance. Seems awfully light weight. Does not have aby adjustable feet on the rear, thus it was hard to balance because ir had feet on the front. Go figure. When delivered the door fell off. The deliery men were able to adjust it and hammer the hinge into the hole so it would fit.

I like to take advantage of sales and this gives m the space to keep food iems. This size fits in it's space perfect. Gives me space for ice stoage (no room in my refrigeator freezer.

Great small freezer for just my wife and I. It was easy to set up and install . No bells and whistles but just what we needed.

Purchased the upright freezer worked for maybe a year or so than stopped working, wouldn't freeze any longer, upset with myself I didn't get the warrantee. Not good at all

I bought this upright freezer as I didn't want to get a chest freezer as it's too hard to find stuff in a chest. This freezer is great. It's not too big, compliments my kitchen.

The door does not come assembled to the freezer and it is very difficult to put together if you have not done something like this before. The directions are not clear at all on how to get this to hang correctly and not fall off.

Perfect size and type for extra freezer storage in large family. I especially like that it is a stand up freezer with shelves instead of low wide model which you have to move practically everything in order to find what you are looking for. With this model it is a lot easier to see what you have and easier to get to without the hassle.

It's energy saving. Except the lock that it doesn't have which makes it vulnerable for anyone to access it.
