As a cooler, it works well. I would be upset if I paid full price, but I bought an open box model that was brand new and used $70 in reward credit. It’s definitely bulkier than any other 24qt cooler rotomolded or standard. And the inner capacity does not match the external dimensions. Was hoping for something that I could take on extended trips in the back seat hump area but this will have to be on a seat or in trunk. Just wide enough to be annoying to walk with. Oh well it works great as a cooler and feels solid

I don't think it's bear proof and it's certainly not claiming to be but it does keep your drinks cold. It's very well made and seems purpose-built. There's a bottle opener integrated into the latch. There's an included basket to keep your sandwiches out of the water/ice. The drain plug is very heavy duty which is very important bc nobody likes water in their car. There are rubber feet to keep from scratching the bottom when you set it down on asphalt and a heavy duty handle. I don't know what else you could ask for in a cooler. The capacity size is relative but works very well for me. I'm very impressed with this and would recommend it to anyone.

Love it! Perfect size, durable and keeps things ice cold! Ice lasts a few days in this. It also fits perfect the back of my CR-V.

I wanted a cooler this size without pay the Yeti price. This cooler were recently on the deal of the day. I was able to purchased it. Great nice size cooler. Great handle. Drain plug is a nice addition.

Overall, I would say this cooler rates between good and excellent, but I gave it an excellent rating because of its ice retention size, price, and I like the handle. It doesn't keep ice as long as some more expensive cooler, but I don't ice for 7 days, this one kept ice for 4 days. It was priced at 1/3 to 1/2 of the more expensive brands.

Love the size and it works great. The handle is also very nice. I did buy it as a deal of the day so the price rating was based on that great price.

This is the best ice chest I've ever owned. Kept ice for 3 days. Super impressed with this. It fits perfectly between the rear passenger seats in my SUV.

The cooler definitely holds cold for a long time. However, it isn't easy to carry and doesn't hold too much.

This cooler is bulky for its capacity but makes up for it with its amazing ice retention. Just realize the trade off if you buy this cooler. Look at the measurements and compare to similar capacity coolers then decide what’s more important to you; ice/cold retention or portability.

Only used twice so far… we just arrived for vacation at beach. It has held ice with minimal melt so far, keep lid closed as much as possible. Here is to frosty bevs while watching the kiddos swim in the waves!

This was a nice cooler however, mine came damaged very badly. I don’t feel this is a result of Best Buy. I think it was shipped directly from the manufacture.

Honestly i dont jnow how these reviews are so favorable! Someone looks at this cooler they think “Wow thats a nice cooler.” Until they open the lid and see the inside is less than half the coolers size! Its crazy how little you can fit in this thing. And not to mention its heavy, WITHOUT anything in it. Oh yeah and it doesnt have wheels so when you carry it bu the handle it just bangs into your legs over and over. Get anything else do not spend anything close to $100 on this thing

Its easy to open and easy to carry its a little heavy when full but it keeps things cold even after ice runs out

I have a Yeti cooler but this is almost close to it and for a fraction, this ice chest really does work ice for three days before it’s completely melted
