SOLID lock!

If ZERO stars were an option......

Shipped with a silicon cover and seals which were put on prior to it ever being used. Took less than 3 weeks for it to stop working. Had to buy a 9-volt battery to spark it and open. iPhone app told me battery was 95%, but it failed again and again. Purchased new batteries and replaced 3-4 times. Same issue. Couldn't return because it was past the time shippers time period. Sent me directly to Igloo who made me send my invoice, a video showing the lock not working while trying to charge with the battery. Back & forth for nothing. In the end they blamed me for leaving it outside in the rain without the silicon cover. Has not rained in NorCal of any significance since last winter. Terrible product. Even worse company who won't stand behind what they sell. Garbage peddlers.
