Wouldn't stay connected. Tried an iPad, iPod and iPhone with the latest IOS and still wouldn't stay connected. Returned in 3 days.

I was excited to try out the new "wireless" IHealth BP monitor after using the previous model for over a year with no problem. However, after following all the instructions and letting the device charge overnight to be sure battery was at 100%, kept getting error message each time I tried to use the unit "wireless". The only way I could get a BP reading was to have it coonected using the USB cable. Totally disappointed & returned to Best Buy for a refund.

I got this so I could track my blood pressure on my new iPhone 6+. So far, it works great. The app was a little glitchy at first, but I have it working fine now. The bluetooth connection with my phone is easy, and the nurse in my doctor's office was amazed at how accurate the readings were. (She said she was going to suggest it to her other patients who want to track their blood pressure too.) The battery life on the cuff is good. I can get more than a week's worth of readings before having to recharge it.

Since currently this is the only wireless blood pressure monitor that is available at Best Buy, it's the only one that works with iPhone5. All other wired bp monitors have the old iphone connector. I've been using this product for two weeks, three times a day every day and the battery has still not run out!!!!! It was very easy to set up the device. The iHealth app is a 5 star app. Just follow the quick setup guide and you should not have any problems. This product is so convenient. I take it to work everyday and its not loud to use. This is the perfect travel bp monitor. It even comes with a little travel pouch. .....and of course it gives a very accurate blood pressure reading.

I did not experience the problems from the other reviews. It works great. Seems accurate. Like the chart for the results. Bluetooth links automaticly after start up. My scale has to be manually linked everytime by going into settings. It's made by the same company and is a year older so maybe now that bug is worked out. I like no wires to mess with. Its easy and convenient. Very pleased!

I thought this last night. I followed the instructions to a T. No problem connecting via Bluetooth. Cannot get a reading. iPhone to telephone numbers for customer service for the company. One telephone number is disconnected the other rang about eight times and then Voice message says memory full. I've tried about a times with three different devices still cannot get a reading. I am now following the troubleshooting directions to reset the device relaunch the apps, etc. very disappointing.

I have the original blood pressure dock and have been using it. I gave that to a friend recently after I picked up the wireless. Works great with the new app. I don't need the scale but tempted....

I got this because i am bad at keeping records of my blood pressure. My doctor is always wanting to put me on blood pressure pills. I never beleived my blood pressure was high enough to be on pills. I got this devise and measured at the same times everyday to find out that one out of 15 times my pressure was elevated. So it was determined that my blood pressure is very normal because of the data over time.

Look, I know others seem to be having problems with this device, but mine has worked flawlessly for two weeks. I read others' reviews, and started with a bit of a bias. However, the thing just works. I have noticed that if I vary from my own use method, the device can appear to have bluetooth connection problems. I always keep it with the electronic module on top of my arm so that I can see the lights on it. I keep the phone within about 15"-25" from the device. It works every time. I did once or twice rotate the electronics module around the back of my arm, and my iPhone 5 did have trouble maintaining a connection to it.

Was looking forward to using this portable unit. I have had the iHealth dock for a while and like the ability to have my BP readings on my iPhone. Unfortunately after 3 readings it now gives me an error message that the unit is unstable. I also purchased the iHealth wireless body analysis scale at the same time and it is Dead On Arrival. Replaced the supplied batteries and it still is dead. iHealth may have some quality control issues. Both will be going back to BB today

I have purchased this product and it only worked once wirelessly with a full charge. Now the USB must be plugged in for it to work. I have returned this one for a replacement. The same thing with the second one also. I do not recommend this BPM to anyone. The Bluetooth works, but the BPM cuff needs that USB for the pump to work without error. If you buy this your Blood Pressure is going to be high just getting it to work wirelessly.

A great idea - I got this thing as a cool gadget to add on to my new iPhone. It started working great for the first few readings then started having trouble detecting my heart beat, like many others I have read about on this and other review sites. I checked out the help guide and it only advises to reset the device and try again. I consider myself generally technologically competent (change computer ram/harddrive/install software, pair the bluetooth etc.) but this thing does not wanna budge. Gotta look for the box and return this thing to bestbuy as soon as possible. If you wanna try it, be sure to keep the box and everything else because you might wanna return it.

Tested everything, deleted App, reset, new bluetooth pairing... still communication error. Bought the unit on a vacacion trip to Fla. Now in Stockholm Sweden - unable to trade it back to BB.

This is absolute garbage. They try to rip off both apple’s design language and name! Their customer service is terrible and they don’t stand behind their product.

Worked the first two times I used it, then it stopped. Will be returning it and not replacing it. More trouble than its worth!
