    I personally can't write a good review it was hard to set the clock and when I did it just reset itself back to 12

      1. Remove the batteries from the unit.
      2. Unplug the unit from its power source (AC adapter).
      3. Wait 20 minutes.
      4. Plug the unit into a power source (without batteries).

      If normal operation is restored, insert "new" batteries into the unit.

    Radio shorts out and has a mind of its own. Won't turn on, won't turn off, alarm sounds when it is not set, back up battery kicks in when you don't want it on after unplugging and beeps incessantly. When it does work, the sound quality is good, but it's not reliable.
