I bought this to connect to my iPhone and tv. It wouldn't connect to either. Yet, it would connect to my computer. So, I returned it.

These headphones are tested and compatible with Android and iOS mobile devices (tablets and computers). They can only be paired to one device at a time. It is unfortunate you returned the headphones before contacting our Support Team. We hope you will give our products another chance in the near future.
