Posted .Make sure the speaker is fully charged. A low battery will cause loss off bluetooth connection. Especially if you did not properly charge the unit before you used it out of the box. Please restart your phone and make sure the phone stays within 33 feet of the unit.

• Check that all connections are correct and properly plugged in.
• Make sure your device is properly paired with the iBT78.
If the unit does not respond, try resetting the unit. Press and hold both the
“+” and “–” Buttons at the same time for about 10 seconds. Note that doing
so will clear settings, and any Bluetooth devices will need to be re-paired.

Terrible bass

Works fine not great sound

Posted .We appreciate your input yet wish it was more detailed. Where are you using the speaker? How large of a room? What type of gathering?
Please make sure you charge the device for 4-6 hours. If you are using an aux cable, try a different cable. If you are using the bluetooth feature with an App, ensure you have proper WiFi signal for streaming. You can also connect this to another iBT78 for true stereo sound.

Battery life is not good. When it hits fifty percent it drops the volume a lot.

Would not charge after 4 days after purchase

Sound is average. in this particular instance i bought and it did not recognize any USB charger i put in i after only 4 days after purchased. Probably got a dud, not a bad product if you like light shows...review strictly on the non operating one i got

Broke After 3 uses

Posted .The iBT78 has a 4.5 star rating. Please charge the unit with the iHome charging cable for 4 hours. The status indicator LED on top of the unit flashes red while charging and turns off once unit is
fully charged. When charge level is low, it will also flash red when not connected to charging source.

Stopped working one day after purchase

Stopped Working
