When paired with the iHome Apps this alarm clocks does what it was intended to do. Its hard to ignore and also double as a nice speaker. The only I do not like is that I have to take most of my cases off every night to use it.

Looking for something to play my iPod nano on, the sales associate directed me to this clock radio. I originally was looking for a small stereo set. But, as it turns out, the clock radio works great, has excellent sound, and is simple to use. Plus, it's small size is a bonus, as it doesn't take up much space on a shelf or countertop. It was perfect for what I needed. Pleased with purchase.

Needed to upgrade to a clock/charging station for the new iPhone connector. The price of this was great and the size took up less space than other versions. Only issue is the screen with the time. At night the whole thing lights up and then the time is black. It makes it hard to see unless you're a few feet away. I would have preferred only the numbers light up and the background stay black. There might be a setting to change that but so far I haven't played with it to see if it's possible to switch.

I wanted something to put into my garage while I worked on things. I love that it also charges while being used. While not overly loud it works nice for what I wanted it for. It wouldn't be great for parties but if you want something for an office/garage then this works perfectly.

Easy to use - just what she needed and wanted. She needed an alarm clock and charger for the i-phone. I had a bigger version of this and couldn't find it - chose this and she loves it and wants to buy another one.

I was astonished at how rich the sound is for something so small - it does everything I need it to do, which is play tunes and charge my phone. It's been easy to program so far; I recommend this highly!

Does everything that a clock radio should do and charges my iPhone overnight. Only drawback is that charger will not work with some of the Thicker phone cases, because the connection to the phone is not long enough to get past all of the various thicknesses of cases.

I got this for my mom as gift for Christmas, and she loves it. It sounds great, is easy to use and doesn't tak up a lot of space.

purchased this as a christmas gift for my son for his new iphone 6. He loves it. Great sound easy to program. he even put the ihome app on his phone so he can set and control evertything from his phone. He has an otter box and has to remove the case in order to dock it but its a small price to pay when you want protection like the otter box.

Has everything I need for a desk radio. It charges my phone while playing my playlist. Is also a radio and alarm clock as well.

No bluetooth on this speaker means it's already outdated. You need to physically place your iphone/pad/pod on the lightning connector or use an auxiliary connection to play music. Want to listen on the go? Sorry, won't happy. The batteries sole purpose is to keep the clock running in case the power cord is not plugged in. On the upside, having my iphone sitting on the stand is perfect for me checking my updates and incoming phone calls while im sleeping without having to pick up my phone. All I need to do is turn my head to see my notifications. The sound is sub-par to average. For the size of the speaker, you will be disappointed in the lack of top volume or bass. It is however superior for an average alarm clock. Overall, the product is overpriced, instead invest in a an ihome bluetooth product, particularly one that is modeled as a speakerphone. You can set your alarm clock on your device and wake up to whatever music you have on it. Plus you can talk easily from bed without effort of dealing with your phone.

I needed a new alarm clock and I have limited space on my small night stand. This alarm clock charges my iPhone and eliminates a extra charging cord. Suits me just fine.

Bought this for my daughter in college, it wakes her up and it charges her Iphone 6. She loves the sound and it does not take up a lot of space.

The only ihome I found that allows you to dock the iPhone 6. Nice. Compact. Easy to use.

I was simply looking for a good alarm clock, but ended up with this little iHome. It has all the functions I was looking for, but also charges my phone. My only complaint (like most of these products), you can't charge your phone without taking the case off. I wish they would design these to work with the cases somehow.

Simple to use. Great size. Love the dimmer on the light. Easy to use with my I-Pod. Would buy it again or give as gift.

We are using this new clock radio a replacement for another iHome charging system and find that it is top quality with a good sound system for the price. Many other units don't have volumes loud enough to use for an alarm, but this one is loud and clear. The charging is quick and efficient as well.
