The speaker description states that the battery lasts for 8+ hours when fully charged, but mine only worked for about an hour and a half on 50% volume before it completely died. Additionally, the volume on the speaker worked fine for about 2 days, then it died down to about a whisper and wouldn't go any higher. I only owned the speaker for about a week before I had to exchange it for a different one because it was practically unusable.

Just like every other reviewer who gave this product 1 star, my speaker worked perfectly at first, then suddenly dropped to a low volume after just 2 days of minimal use, and then it stopped working all together. I thought the battery had died so I tried to recharge it, and it won't charge at all. The light won't go on or anything. It also won't work if I leave the power plugged in. Don't buy this, you might as well throw away $25.

I bought this mainly to listen music from my smart phone, and soon my wife started using it too, because it was too good for its size (and also for money). I was planning to buy another one, but suddenly one day volume reduced to very low. First I thought that battery may be down. But soon I realize that its life was over. Its sad that such a good product with such a low life. waste of money.
