They break easily

A few of them did not work properly out of the box, and several others broke with moderate use. The prong that is inserted into the audio jack Is especially fragile. They band and break. I’ve never seen these prongs break before. These ones are hollow, not sure if others are hollow too but these are definitely less robust that every other audio product I’ve used before.

Posted .Our factory conducts testing on our headphone jacks using weights and pressure in simulation with normal product use and conditions. It would take an abnormal force to break the metal 3.5 mm jack on the headphone. Misuse or accidents are not covered under warranty. Please give us another chance and exchange the headphones at Best Buy
