Quality sunrise alarm clock!

We got a cheap "sunrise alarm clock" from Amazon, returned it and decided to go with this one. Very customizable - Bluetooth connection, light and/or sound alarms. It is VERY bright at it's brightest, but the gradual 20 minutes of "sunrise" makes waking up, that much more peaceful. The sound alarm is also a gradual wakeup, starting really soft....but gets really loud if you don't shut it off fast enough!

GREAT WHITE NOISE AND SOOTHING LIGHT

Also, the light comes on gradually for the time you set it and the color of your choice. The only thing I wish it had was an AM radio built in.

Sometimes you have to hold a button, sometimes tap once, sometimes tap twice - in a specific order

Introductory Sunrise Alarm clock hits the mark!

Many of the products on the market are more than $100. That is a bit steep for wanting to experiment with sleep, at least for my budget. I have been using this product daily for about 3 weeks now and my experience has been: - Waking up feeling rested - Getting out of bed without feeling groggy - Falling asleep easier with the timed night setting with orange/red tones - Delighted that I’m not limited by specific tones and can attach my phone via Bluetooth - Able to focus better with timed blocked of light I hope that this product lasts for a long time. It is worth the investment if you struggle with sleep cycles or attention or both.
