Love the dual alarms and the nature sounds and lights wake me up slowly,

This was a great find, it was in the clearance section and caught my eye. Bought it for my middle schooler who was having trouble waking up, not no more !!!! This thing rocks the alarm starts out low and gradually gets louder. It also has a mood light that goes on with the light. So many options I could write a book on this. It is a definite must buy

I love this clock. It has a sound conditioner and light therapy. When the alarm goes off the clock amplifies a blue energy light brighter and brighter to the desired level set.

Sound is excellent. Some sounds are almost hypnotic. Not that thrilled about the lighting effects. Only use 3 of the sounds. Selection of sounds are not that great but reproduces sounds quite well.

I struggle with obtaining a good night’s sleep due to anxiety. So, I decided to give the iHome Zenergy alarm clock a try. Now I am able to relax and awake refreshed. Best decision ever! With 10 calming settings and light therapy a great sleep is achievable.

I Love the light and sound therapy, it's very relaxing, I use both the day and night recommended sessions! For the night time the heartbeat sound which helps me to relax and unwind quickly paired with either calm or breath light setting for sleep is extremely soothing and the energy or aura light paired with nature or ocean waves sound is a favorite day time mode of mine! The gradual wake mode in the morning is nice, since I've always been accostom to snooze and a gradual wake cycle. I have an apple phone and have no problems with the app and use it to control the desired setting, although for me personally, I would not let the app not working be a deal breaker, I so Love this product!

It has been awesome for my wife and myself. She has always needed to have the tv on for the noise and light I rather it be dark and quiet. Ththis lets her have her way but actually soothes me without disturbing me. And she loves it and rest better.

Good sounds for sleep. Alarm is great, first soft lights, then mood sounds and finally alarm. Wakes you up gently not all of a sudden

Vergy good nightlight, bluetooth music player, and noises to relax to. I do wish the light could go a bit dimmer though.

I really like this clock, however, if there was a remote it would be even better. My fav feature is the sound options.

The soft glow is very relaxing without the light of the clock being disruptive. My son loves it and says it helps him sleep.

I bought this item not expecting it to be this great. I was beyond satisfied with it. The various tones to choose from are very relaxing and soothing. A must buy

I love the sound availability but it is complicated for a person who is not very tech savvy.

The color and the nature sounds in this is very soothing to wake up to . I love that you can adjust the darkness and lightness of this wonderful product !

Can be a little complicated and annoying at times. Programming it can be a puzzle.

Bought it for my daughter. But she has an iPhone which is far less complicated and does the same thing. It’s kinda cool though

Great idea, app does not work great but eventually connects

Ihome Zenergy is super relaxing to watch and to listen to. Also great to be able to control it from my Android phone.

Not only does it have cool colors but it helps soothe my dog while we are away with the music that was pre uploaded.

It's very relaxing & alot of options. I love how it changed colors & the various sounds it makes.
