They installed a new receiver for my truck, fully equipped with a reverse camera and many options, plus a Pioneer receiver with a nine-inch screen, Android auto, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, digital media. It was a very good, high-quality, professional installation. My rating is five stars of five. I highly recommen service. I have been coming to Best Buy for many years. A great quality of service and attention in a few words, the best.

Purchased a new digital receiver for my older car at a great price. Scheduled installation the same day. Totally amazed that unit was installed perfectly as if the car came out of the assembly line. In addition unit was installed in no time. Highly professional service.

I went from winging it (see picture 6) to the reall thing and its great! Overall I'm highly satisfied brings my 04 trailblazer into 2020 and with much better sound! The product is satisfactory Better than what I had and perfect add on To an older vehicle! Android auto works great and the back up cam is great to have feels like something this vehicles should have came with! The microphone's pick up is excellent replying to text messages and talking to the navigation and phone calls have been great! The installer went above a beyond he even fixed a part of my seat that was loose.

The customer service of Geek Squad is great in all aspects except for the wait time. I had to wait a long time to get an appointment, and one time I was rescheduled from my original appointment because the Geek Squad technician was busy. However, I got two free in-dash radio installations from Geek Squad because I had to return the stereo once. The technician also did a good job at doing a custom work to make the stereo fit better in my car, something I might not be able to do myself.

I would highly recommend their services, they hnow exactly what is needed for a excellent sound system in their vehicles, everything i had installed was awesome

My 2016 Jeep Patriot was in need of a touch screen radio with satellite capability as I am a SirusXM subscriber. The Kenwood 7in touch screen with back up camera was the extra tech I was looking at making my ride more up to date. The Kenwood deck with SiruusXM receiver and the steering wheel control along with the back up camera were all purchased on a Saturday and by Monday I was able to get in for the install. The professional installer stated this would take about 3 to 4 hours. The complete install only took 3 hours and I was back on the road. The installation looked like it was factory installed as it all was a seamless match and everything worked flawlessly. The installer showed me exactly on how everything would work. Top notch installers at the Menomonee Falls WI location.

Big shoutout to Chris and Brad for installing my Alpine ilx-w670 in my 2012 Accord. The service was awesome! They were very attentive, knowledgeable and went out their way to fix a couple things from a prior installation in a different location. They were very accommodating, and I would book my next appointment with them on my next service if I can in the future. Thanks again guys for the service and great conversation, peace.

Good work and customer service Wish i could give 5 stars but the back up camera lines weren't set up properly, so had to go with 4.

Excellent and timely. Especially after two previous horror show of attempts. To make it even better, my install was completed much quicker than previous install. I may upgrade my speakers eventually and I already know where I'll be going. Right back to Best Buy

The gentlemen at this Best But are very nice and helpful even those who greeted me in the front of the store. The man who installed my CarPlay was super fast and demonstrated how to use all the features. I’ve had my CarPlay for a month now. The mic, steering wheel buttons, radio all work perfectly. I was very satisfied with the staff and service 10/10.

Awesome stereo installers they took care of me my horn was not working I took it back and they fixed it simple repair relay

Installation went perfectly. Associates took the time to answer all my questions and even show me how to program the radio and pair it with my phone. This radio replaces my original 2013 one.

My truck is a 2009. This is the 4th time I've had the cell, audio, GPS, &/or rear video enhanced by a pro installer. My Geek Squad guy cleaned up all messes left behind & got the new JVC floater working great with the high-end amp, Bluetooth, Sirius receiver, steering wheel controls & speakers. He fit it in making sure I could still reach all HVAC controls and get airflow from the vents. The old camera was balky, so I bought a new one & he ran new cable; now I can drive around town in reverse if I want. Took time to train me & made sure everything was set up & working.

Installation was superb guy made it look effortless. It was done so neat I’m super impressed oh boy I didn’t get his name to mention it lol my installation was done at bayshore Best Buy I gotta say he’s the best I definitely definitely recommend his work and that’s where I’m heading to re-do my other car. Thank you Best Buy for always being awesome.

Had to wait a month for the install of my Kenwood head, whichI bought elsewhere. I couldn't get the one I wanted at BB so I went online to find it. I needed accessories for the install, which I bought from BB. I had to get the adapter to fit the hole from my factory double din radio online also. I wanted to be able to use my steering wheel controls so I bought the Maestro ADS-MRR from BB too. Well to cut to the chase, the wait was worth it! The install turned out great and since I had Total Tech Support it was included at no additional charge! Great job BB and Geek Squad.

Amazing service, very professional and couldn't be happier with the results. Replaced my subpar stock unit in a 2018 Subaru Wrx. Everything works just like it should, and I got a full demo of how to setup and change all of my settings for my new pioneer in-dash android tv enabled receiver. The screen looks great, the system sounds great, and wireless android auto is awesome. I got my amp, rear speakers, and sub installed at the same time and I'm looking forward to wrapping it all up with my fronts and components.

He mounted my radio face quick and did a great job and actually headed up ended up fixing the speakers in two of my doors.
