This is a great pressing of this album. Extra thick vinyl that is super clean and clear. Great sound.

Record is clean and heavy, very smooth play and gatefold is very nice

The vinyl record is very good sounding, good dynamics. Side one has almost zero surface noise but side two at the beginning of the first song has nasty scratches. The rest of the side is fine. I decided to keep it because overall it is Very good.

Great Price Great Album Always find what I need at Best Buy

Just as I remembered. Thoroughly enjoyed the re-release of The Crimson King. If you really want a resurgence of vinyl though it would help to bring the price point down.

A roommate at college used to play this album all the time. At the time, I though it was pretty heavy and dark and would actually leave the room when he played it. I saw this on clearance at Best Buy and purchased for $7.49. I have a whole new respect for King Crimson. The album is spectacular musically and it sounds great on my Project Carbon Debut Evo turntable.

One of the first progressive rock bands where guiding force Robert Fripp used rarely noticed elements of lengthy play at the time of the 3-4-5 minute mark of hit songs or filler tracks. Once this formula was adopted on classic rock stations, other artists from Yes to The Moody Blues to Pink Floyd and many more others followed suit. Truly a mesmerizing masterpiece in every sense of the word.......

What can you say? An iconic album that replaced my 1971 party disk that was basically scratched to oblivion and not listenable. This newly mastered release is sharper and I hear nuances my original vinyl did not produce.

Great Classichas withstood the test of time. 50 years later and this is still a record collectors must have. Remastered on200 gram vinyl and nice gatefold cover just like the original. Superb debut album for King Crimson

Heard them for the first time back in 2009 from guitar hero and was hooked. I was excited to see this album at the store since it was always saying it was in stock online each time I visit the store it was never there till I saw it July 27th

best progressive rock album of all time what else is there to say? this reprint is far cheaper and easier to get than a og version sounds just like an og print

This album had a lot of issues with the original mix - that is not the case with this version. The sound is clear and pristine. A must have for any collector of prog-rock vinyl.
