    it fits. don't know how much safer it is tho. feels like weak material surrounding my almost$2k of a laptop. but it keeps the dust out :) every time I open it it curls up at the bottom so it kind of lifts the back of the laptop slightly. not a big deal.. could be my fault, maybe I didn't putit on right?
