I loved it until it cracked with normal usage not durable at all

I just bought black friday 2018 and it already broke never buy it again !

It's good. The only problem is that it's very simple

Difficult to attach to macbook, ended up returning.

This doesn’t fit the “New MacBook” like we were told.

After only a month the top corners are cracking already.

I needed to replace the hardshell laptop case on my MacBook Pro because the old one had cracked and broken beyond use. Best Buy only had one option for my laptop, this Incase Designs Hardshell Laptop Upper Shield Case. According to the associate who helped me, this brand had replaced the previous brand because it was a better, sturdier product. Within about a day, I could already see stress fractures on one corner of the case. As of now, all four corners are cracking and chipping. This case has performed no better than the previous one I had. Most disappointing is that Best Buy doesn't carry any alternative.

I’m sure it’s a fine product, but won’t fit the model and screen size it says it will. I’ll return somehow, but COVID makes that tough. One of the hard things about purchasing online.

Bought for my daughter going to college to protect her Mac. Thought it felt like thin junky plastic from the start but we were in a time crunch after having to return another style we bought from an online co. Then, there were just not many (if any)options to choose from that day at the store. Figured for the price it must be alright. She had it 3 weeks at school and the top corner was already splitting and missing tiny pieces. $$$ wasted. To note, she never dropped it, and had it in a soft sleeve when taking place to place. She said it was just not good quality for daily student use.

Waited extra time to receive and it came today, but doesn’t fit. Looks like it is missing a part. Very disappointed. Got it today and returning it today.

No matter what I did, I couldn't get it to fit. It cracked when I removed it and I returned it. It looked cool though, I just wish it had fit.

The laptop case was advertised to fit a MacBook Pro 13", which is what I own. However, upon purchase, it didn't fit my model. I think it was probably for an older version, but I'm not sure because the packaging and branding didn't specify anything beyond 13". Whenever I returned it, the cashier even said that there had been a bunch of returns for the same reason over a short period of time.

I ordered this with my new MacBook Pro, 13 inch, but the case was too big. *This case will not fit the 2016-17 MacBook Pro*

Purchased this item along with the MacBook Pro, the new 13" does not fit in this case.

This is my second Incase Laptop case, I bought a second Mac and decided to purchase the same brand as what my other laptop has because that one lasted me super long and it's still in good condition... This one on the other hand is falling apart already. I am not sure If the one I have was defective but I am very unhappy that I spent $50 for a case that lasted me 3-4 months before breaking :(

this is the second one I bought and I have to say, don waste your money on this , at first its good, but as days past the hardshell star falling apart, I think this is poor quality. I going to try one from amazon and I'll see what happens, because this one I try it 2 times already.

Disappointed in this product. The description clearly says that the case will fit a 13” MacBook Pro, and it does not. It’s too big. This is the only reason I’m giving it a low rating, because obviously I can’t accurately rate it. However it might be perfect for a 15”, but I guess I will never know.

These things always break I would mot buy any of them
