Bag is good. After about 6 months, the bag started to tear on the outside and has kept tearing over time. Still use it, though.

Must say, this is the best backpack i ever owned. lot of pockets and still maintaining the slim look. If you are looking for a bag which is slim, light weight and can hold almost all you stuff, this is really a good option.
I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this bag for my laptop primarily and for the many pockets, after looking up many reviews, videos, and websites about this bag I finally got it and I like it. Definitely lives up to the incase name in feel and design. However it isn't the actual icon bag that you would find on incases' website. This is actually the icon slim bag. I don't know how it got miss put or if someone just forgot to add "slim" but either way. It's a great bag and fits everything in a sleek design.
