i’ve been buying from Best Buy in-store and online for many many many years. But this last online transaction when I ordered the NIU iPhone 15 case in a rainbow color on clearance? Was the worst. As we all know, Best Buy offers new, excellent, good, fair condition items I opted for new what I received was a broken up box and a filthy and I mean absolutely gross cell phone case. There were no magnets inside the case then I read later that they have built in magnets, but they don’t work. it easily slips off my Scosche magnetic cell phone holder clipped onto mybair vent. When I examined the case, it was filthy on the inside on the outside. I had to take a Lysol wipe and do my own sanitizing so either one of two things happened: when it was returned at the return desk, the representative did not bother opening up the already open box to check out the condition of the case otherwise they would’ve seen the filth. Or number two as the assistant manager at a local Best Buy implied, someone came in and swapped cases their dirty one for a brand new one how that happened with their type of ultra security is beyond me. This isn’t Incipio’s issue. It’s Best Buy’s. i am disappointed, but I bought another case from them anyway only due to the price point.

Love this case it’s sleek and strong, has an awesome two toned clear color, has very strong MagSafe capabilities.the awesome price makes it even better!

Love this phone case. The volume and sleep buttons are easy to push not like other hard button cases, just a beautiful phone case. Lightweight and slim.

This case is exactly what I was looking for — MagSafe, lightweight, slim, but still protective. My toddler dropped it on concrete from about 6 feet today and phone didn’t have a scratch!

Don’t get me wrong, this case is very nice. It has pretty coloring and has really protected my phone from drops… with that being said, it is SO SLIPPERY! I think I’ve dropped this thing like 5x already because it slips out of my grasp. It has even fallen out of my pocket because of it. I have never dropped my phone this many times until buying this case.

It’s a decent case, the colors are interesting. The buttons are clicky and tactile, and the cutout for the switch is good. My only complaint is that it is technically a “clear case”, but it’s dark and washes out the color of the phone. The magnet also comes out of the case and stuck to the phone when removed from the case.

A great case for the price. Had for over a year and the only gripes would be the trim becoming brittle on the edges and the film on the back flaking off some.

Love the color, strong MagSafe connection to my car dock, the screen is better protected from flat fall damage because of the lip on the case, my cases before were always flat with the screen so I got a lot of cracks in my protector from the smallest piece of whatever I dropped it on, haven’t even scratched my new protector with this case
