I dropped it once and it cracked a nice hole in the corner. Customer service makes you jump through more hoops then otterbox as well. The case is cute though. Thats about it. My phone didnt get dinged so I guess thats why I gave it 3 stars.

Pretty but fell apart; sizes were confusing

I don’t love that the sizes aren’t labeled easily. When I got home, I found the case fit my phone around the edges but the buttons and camera areas weren’t exact. Really wish it was labeled by phone iteration rather than screen size. This probably could have been avoided if I had tracked down a service member to verify the correct phone size to case, so that’s on me. Also, a part of the Qi magnetic piece on the inside fell off as I was replacing the case. If you’re planning to leave it on for a while, I don’t think this would cause too many issues.

This is my second Incipio case for iPhone and I couldn’t be happier. This style and color design/pattern looks great with my Space Black 14 Pro. It also includes MagSafe charging as an added bonus, though I will not be using that (just plug in and regular wireless charging). Finally, with a third party screen protector installed, the case provides very adequate protection for drops of any kind. Highly recommended!

I don't understand the bad reviews

I wish there were more incipio reviews, but I guess it's just not the most popular brand.

Decent Case

However when I removed the case the mag strips came off, this is my first case with those so I have no idea if that’s how they’re supposed to be but I was certainly surprised, still a really good case however.
