I was transitioning from a Mac, and needed to brush up on Office fast, so when I bought my windows laptop, I grabbed this. Not worth it. I learned more from jusr rummaging around in the programs. The videos are BO-ring, and there is very little that it interactive (which is how I learn best)

My wife was needing something to help her learn the basics of Access for her volunteer work at the church. They are setting up a library system so people can check out books and DVDs. This little program came to the rescue. In no time at all she had learned how to set up the database to do what she wants. Saves time over reading a book and it cost less than most instruction manuals. Highly recommend it.

    Amateurish - Avoid

The lessons in this program are informative and in depth but that is where the good stuff ends. The program is completely linear; click A7, press enter, next lesson. There is no ability to practice what you just covered but that is not even the worst of it. You can't even minimize this junk so you can practice on your own software. You have to exit the program, attempt to practice, OOPS that's not right, restart the program return to the lesson, review, close the program, etc. THERE IS NO ABILITY TO MINIMIZE. If they had added a minimize button and allowed for some interaction I would have been completely satisified. Instead they spent a few hours throwing together a useless and frustrating piece of garbage. Oh yeah, their customer support is a circular reference. I wanted to voice my complaints to a live person but that is not allowed. I guess they got tired of being fussed at. Please avoid and maybe they will either do better next time or go out of business. I don't really care which. Note: The people who gave this good reviews obviously didn't spend any time with it or were studying very basic computer operations.
